Kind of minor but Boogie says it was Frank's fans who warned him about Frank and that's how they first came into contact. On the Floor 26 podcast Frank admits it was him pretending to be his own fans to warn Boogie about Frank and bait him into engaging. Just thought was funny how Frank had full control of the situation even from the outset.

Boogies last video is sitting at 52k, its the last of his 'court drama' and I feel this will be the last saga he can milk, the sad part is he is milking for under 200k views when like 2 years ago he was pulling 400k eaaaaaaaaaaaasy.

Boogie got a deferred adjudication for 2 years. Its basically

"you are guilty of a crime(s), but there is little risk of it happening again and no one was seriously hurt so we are just going to set some terms, usually don't do crime, and wipe your record after x time rather than go through the hassle of extended court proceedings and impacting your life with a felony"

If boogie does get into felony charges or even minor criminal charges he could get the full sentence for this retarded action + whatever sentence for said criminal actions.

Which as I have been saying for years is not surprising given no one was hurt, he is a first time offender, and the circumstances are especially autistic even for court cases. Melon the Felon is still a thing though, even if its not official since the court basically gave him a "guilty" without giving him the official charges and sentences associated.

Now on to the real meaty bits. Its clear that paying for his legal counsel has really fucked him financially on top of his pants on head retarded ways of spending money for decades (but especially the last 5 years). The fact that he has ramped up his ebegging and is close to reaching DSP levels is all the evidence you need.

What's clear at this point is that he doesn't get to transfer his debt from his legal counsel onto Frank or anyone else. That was never going to happen, but its my opinion that he thought he could get Frank to pay for it despite him doing nothing wrong by taking him on in court. Which he was probably told he couldn't do by his legal counsel, hence the major copium he is huffing and all the pent up rage he is seething/lying about Frank on Twitter now that he can finally lie talk about the case. This is just me playing armchair detective though, could be wrong.

This could also just be Boogie being Boogie and trying to paint a narrative where he is a tragic hero to the 10 people who still believe everything this retard says though. I personally subscribe that its both though.

And as always, Boogie is fat.

so much to unravel in that video, i can't even begin. two minutes in and he's pleading with people to not hate him because he's such a heckin wholesome guy, and if they disagree then they're WRONG and have been LIED TO. so much for that new years resolution ROFL, only march and he's already failing every single day.

I will say it looks like a pretty easy style to copy tho so on the off chance he didn’t commission it he also has no rights to sell the design.
