There is significantly higher number of "Loli" characters in Nikke than there are in Blue Archive and they're presented significantly more lewdly. I only consider the game to have two: Ibuki and Kokona... Maybe the Shunling if you a 20-something year old woman who drank a magic potion.

Shun's a hag who just wanting to be a kid again, the community just desperate for her to stay young as her small version because the sight of the 2nd genuine adult in kivotos other than Sensei is heretical to them.

Don't forget Yukari's evil aunt who is in her late 30s, or Makoto , Wakamo, or, Kayoko, or Black Suit, or Beatrice, or... Ect.

I don't blame Shun for wanting to be a kid again. She does mention that it's nicer - less stressful, and less ache and pains.

While Kokuriko's age has not been explicitly confirmed, context clues from Volume 5 (which I don't remember in exact detail) give a strong indication about her age:
A) She's exactly 35 years old.
B) Just a year or two younger or older than that.
C) At maximum deviation, her age range should be 30-40.

If you want to be pedantic, Kuzunoha is (almost certainly) the oldest named character (with a halo) but she plays into the "actually 3000 years old" -trope instead of just being a grown-up/adult.
Kokuriko is also exceptional by being the only named/on-screen adult relative of a Student.. Her exact relation to Kadenokouji Yukari also hasn't been specified, but Kokuriko is most likely her (paternal) aunt.

Actually iirc it's a bit more convoluted than that. She is from the distant past... But somehow people wind up where she is (in the distant past), But she herself has no understanding of why it happens and has no control over it.. So she's maybe still around, or more likely she's long dead like the Saint Justina Council.

God damn the new story hit hard, the preview really blindsides you that you saw everything that's about to happen only to gut punch you hard. Was teary eyed with all the events with the sisters, this is how you write villains that you can understand their actions without needing to dump tragedy on them.

Weird the Make-Up Work Club didn't appear in the flashbacks. Also some lore on Kivotos being an ark.

Not sure if she is actually alive or a spirit like Kuzunoha.

Man I wish I had Bossu (Dress). Or well, I do have her, I just am completely depleted of materials to level her up and there's no way I'm sending her out as a 3* with just a level 7 health item, my C.Hare is UE40 with a level 8 health item and I barely keep her alive against Deca as is.

I was looking for an C.Hare to borrow but no one in my club or friends list had her posted. Same with Kisaki. Like you, i do own C.Hare but have not touched her at all. Dont have everything to build her up. Lucky, S.Seia seems to do just fine and S.Shiroko is still good for boosting the meter.
