Vaguely remember talk about this around when it happened in JP. Work Log is basically skippable, it's only use is archive banner tickets (and I think it has a single 10 pull ticket) and there's only two students there that can't be farmed which is Ako and Shun.
Regular Battlepass is here to stay but only for fes/bluefes events. (for now?)

You have to wait for 10 hours, the countdown is to the first server-wide raid. I'll be honest I was also confused on what I was doing wrong until a friend who plays on JP server told me that the first day of the event is basically a dead day.

Does it use AP or those tickets? I thought it would be AP so I saved up last night and didn't spend it on stuff but those 3x bonuses from normal and hard missions are looking extremely tasty and tempting.

Tickets. There is nothing to spend AP on in this event, or the Decagrammaton fest events in general, so you can spend AP to maximize those 3x bonuses in this and the following weeks.
With 10x tickets included, I got to my goal of 60k pyro to guarantee 3 of the 4 new limited students. In this case, I might also go into the MomoTalk mines for one more full spark to guarantee all four, but I first need to wait for all of the free recruitment to see if I can get both Himari and Rio within a single spark.
Might actually get the Chokmah and Geburah plastic models... It's quite surprising that for as much merch as Blue Archive has, I don't think I've ever seen one advertised in-game before.
I got the Toki girlpla model, it's really high quality. The only issue that I have with it is that you have to paint her headset white because it's part of her ear model or something like that so you have to paint it white and that kind of is annoying.
And speaking about Shimiko, the design we got on the magical girl event? That's the tamest one they got. Whatever designs they have and scrapped are forever locked inside Nexon's office and only by working there that you can see them.
Shimiko other designs will inevitably be leaked due to which office their locked. If those designs were locked in MX Studio office there would be no way for them to be leaked without the leaker getting reveal.
Sadly the entire plan was scrapped after they realized that it might not be a good idea to write something related to Russia (as small as it can be) with the Russian vs Ukraine conflict still happening for what, 4 years
Manjuu with Azur Lane almost ran into this when the conflict started. But instead canceling Northern Parliament events. Manjuu just locked the NP shipgirls' comment sections, put out a public statement saying they're not touching anything in regards to real life events and they via Azur Lane are staying out of it entirely. And a polite request to the players to not bring real life into the game and harass other players over it.

So... I read on the blue archive Reddit that you can apparently reenter the same battle if you fail, like normal raids, and that it is better to do C Binah 3 times to clear vs one time to clear
I wasn't able to clear C Binah - I just don't have a well built enough team, although Mika REALLY is amazing. I was able to get Binah C down to 12 bars when I ran out of time... And I then was proceeded to be booted out of the raid and had to start over and had no ability to complete the raid.
Did this dude lie or have incorrect info? Because I totally wasted 10 tickets following that advice.

Huh, that's weird, my JP bro told me we'd be able to reenter the raid with the same team however much we wanted until you beat it, and of course if you want to you can change the team setup otherwise Yesod will be impossible given he needs 2 different setups.
Also you should be able to beat Binah C easily enough if you have a really strong Mika that you yourself have and if you don't you can borrow from a friend or clubmate, especially given you can borrow 3 students. A friend of mine beat Binah C at lvl 80 with my borrowed Mika, then his own Maki, Akane and Kokona, and in the special slot he borrowed my NY.Fuuka and my Kisaki.
Yeah Binah is the most braindead boss in the game, in JP server you now need to beat Torment to get gold. I think some people get a bit complacent with his reputation of being braindead and forget to bring DEF debuffers because his insanely high DEF is the only gimmick you really have to deal with.
