I skimmed through seasons 6 and 7, practically all episodes felt like rehashes of past seasons. It's a shame that the world of Metalhead will likely never get expanded on, because the untold story intrigued me. Were the dog drones a law enforcement system gone awry? Quadrupedal death squads unleashed by an orange man government or an AI?

Just realized that Metalhead being left unexplored is actually a good thing. Because if there ever is a season 8, the only acceptable story would be that the dogbots were created by transphobes, but the drones started attacking everyone since trannies are absolutely indistinguishable from cis people. A brave reel womyn infiltrates the AI command bunker and puts an end to the threat with a USB kill stick hidden inside his dilator.
