Okay, so I bit the bullet and watched the first two episodes (heh, kinda like everyone else), and...it wasn't that bad.

I wanted to hate it, I really did. But it's really not terrible. It's not good, mind you. It's not something I'd recommend to other people, or even tell people in real life that I saw. But I'd be lying if I said it didn't get a smile or two out of me.

I'll agree with the other people here who say that the trailer made it seem worse than it was. Still, though, the animated child genitalia was completely unnecessary.

The show is funny. Complaining that it's about kids is prudish imo, it's a cartoon. They aren't fetishizing children, they are showing what it's like to be horny and confused at 13 years old.

It's definitely not the sort of show I will recommend to everyone, but that's mostly because most people I know are overly PC shitheads now who are just looking to be offended by something. And I'm just happy to see my man John Mulaney with something else to do after his terrible sitcom flopped.

I didn't think Netflix could do a show that was this bad. I was really fucking wrong. If you like this consider suicide. Saw 2 eps.

Alright, then - I'm almost inclined to watch this show out of spite, now - even though it looks and sounds like nothing special (e.g.: nothing to be in a hurry about watching, let alone talking about all that much...).
You should kys tbh.

That's about right, it's basically a Family Guy ripoff that can be, dare I say it, relatable sometimes. The character designs are just really ugly and the adult voices coming out of kids is weird (but not the first time it's been done)

i thought he took a brea-you know what? nevermind. let's just watch the autism

It is not worth it.
Enter(prise)'s review in a nutshell: I am asexual, I did not like my teenage years and the horny idiots who I went to school with, of which this show reminds me. Therefore I am triggered and this is an animated atrocity worth to talk about almost as long as the first episode.

Seriously, what is it with people like Enter talking this long about just ONE shitty episode of a cartoon?

I said before that the show wasn't good, but also not as bad as the trailer made it out to be. But I feel the need to defend it here, actually. Yeah, I'm actually defending Big Mouth. Never thought THAT would happen...

Anyway, I've always considered Enter to be hit and miss. He veers into retard territory a lot, but other times his criticisms can be pretty on-point.

This is not one of those times.

While I still think depicting the kids' genitals is taking it too far, I'll give the show credit for actually making an attempt to depict how awkward one's high school years can (and most likely will) be. That's pretty much the whole point of it. And Enter hating it on the basis of "muh asexuality" and "muh 'abusive' childhood" shows how simple-minded he can be.

Good criticism. Also, thanks to you and @UglyOldJafar for helping me dodge a bullet (as usual) there. I knew he was gonna do something exceptional like bring his shitty high school trauma into something that clearly didn't warrant such BS.

I feel more sorry for neo yokio getting a low score on rotten tomatoes than with big mouth on almost a "fresh tomato" medal, with the same respect as Rick and Morty and Bojack Horseman.

Big Mouth and Neo Yokio. One is a show about awakening sexuality with grotesque character designs and crass adult humor. The other looks like a weeaboo autist hybrid of Harry Potter and The Boondocks, built with Daddy's fuck you money.

Don't, it's unfunny Jewish horseshit that serves to further erode the foundations of the white race, white heritage, and white culture with degeneracy. This show would be a good pretext for bringing the gas chambers back.
