Before the trailer, there was an synopsis on Wikipedia on upcoming adult cartoons. The synopsis kept it mystery (and no the synopsis didn't mention kids going through puberty surprisingly enough), And I'm excited by that because asides from Daria, we never had an adult cartoon taking a pov of teenage lives unless it's a shitty subplot. If movies and live action shows can make teen drama tolerable why not adult cartoons?

Then the trailer came in and my hope is gone.

Última edición:
The subject material has been done a 100x before, albeit not so graphic.

And then the talking vagina takes it from general lowbrow shit to something even gonzo journalism wouldn't touch. I may hate-watch just to see how deep it goes.

So I finally forced myself to watch the trailer.

Ew, just ew. South Park is way better when it comes to gags involving kids and sex (e.g. "Proper Condom Usage.")

Nice to see another cartoon giving Neo Yokio a run for its money for the "Worst Netflix Animation of 2017" award.

This makes me feel so uneasy. I consider myself mostly desensitized, but the fact that so many people came together in a cooperative effort to bring this into existence...I dunno, I just feel really uncomfortable all of a sudden.

I thought you were joking about the talking underage vagina. (:_( I literally recoiled from my computer when that thing showed up.
The art style looks like As Told By Ginger and Family Guy had a hate sex baby.

What baffles me is why anyone would think that blasting out plots about uncomfortable child puberty complete with children fapping and underage vaginas would appeal to a mass audience. I don't imagine anyone wanted to see this, especially with such ugly animation.

Honestly thought this was a dumb parody of adult cartoons when the trailer came out.

They thought it was a good idea to make a show which is uncomfortably close to being animated child pornography? The fact it's receiving universal disapproval leads me to hope it's gonna be cancelled. What even is that art style? They look like reject fish designs from Shark Tale.

I really like Nick Kroll and John Mulaney, but I'm half-expecting the FBI to kick down my door any minute now after watching that trailer.

Seriously, what the hell's wrong with Netflix?
