I see chicken as a carrier to the tastes of seasoning, it doesn't have much taste on itself and if it does, it's a bad thing. People eat it for the fibrous structure or the crunchy skin, if it's not there, it sucks.
Pork, similar case but I actively dislike its natural taste and it requires too much preparation and I don't like the consistence.
Beef is vastly superior, much more foolproof and salt&pepper can be enough, if the meat is old just right.

I mostly eat chicken, but beef can be great, especially stewed, bbq or roasted

I only really like pork in charcuterie and some asian foods like dumplings, its kinda gross as a fresh meat. bacon and sausages are great but even then I see them as more of a seasoning than a main protein the way I see like a piece of chicken

A well seared pork chop is a beauty only the truly blessed can understand. Enjoy porklessness, stalker child.

Lamb, I've never had bad lamb,
I've had lots of bad beef but when it's done right it is great
Pork is similar but when it's bad it's pretty much inedible and only the belly is great when done right, other cuts can't compete.
Chicken is chicken, it's so neutral I want to say it's like the meat equivalent of potatoes but I actually think potatoes can reach higher levels when done right.

Chicken is good all around. Beef has ribs, steaks, oxtail, and brisket going for it plus it makes the best broth. Pork is the best but ever so slightly, ham, bacon, pork chops, ribs, pulled pork and it makes a pretty good broth.

I don't think I've ever had lamb, I don't think I've even seen it, but I don't look for it, so it may have been selective blindness. Beef I mainly eat as mince, cut with pork, usually. The meat I eat the most is chicken, followed by pork, beef last.
I try to eat fish at least once per week, but I'll admit I don't eat it as often in reality. It is tasty, but kinda annoying to eat with all the bones. I usually eat it as friday dinner.
What I've been eating more and more of recently is browned ground pork and beef with a few bags of frozen vegetables and some rice and buckwheat cooked in stock. It's really simple to make, makes a bunch of portions you can freeze, and is really tasty. It is basically the definition of slop, but I don't care.

Pork, Beef, Chicken in that order.

I love smoking pork parts, and I feel its flavor, though slightly bland, lends itself well to sweet/spicy seasonings and glazes better.

Beef is good because you don't need much seasoning as the meat is flavorful already.

Chicken can be good, it's just that the breast tends to dry out quickly if you don't have an eye on it. A good rotisserie chicken, though, will have me at my fridge at 3AM like Saturn Devouring His Son.

The best meat gets its own word to describe it, the rest get named after the animal itself. Although I think chicken deserves its own meat name more than chevon/goat meat does.

I don't eat beef or pork.
Nigger moment

Beef tastes weird to me and sits on my stomach.

There's something off about eating pork.

ham smells revolting to me.

I like all three options. But because pork has both ribs and best schnitzels I will go with pork.

Beef because chicken and pork do not digest linoleic acid at all and it lodges in their fat. The Western diet is too high in omega-6, and the distorted ratio causes issues.

I like pork because it makes the worst religions seethe, but it's mid at best.

I eat more chicken because it's inexpensive, but there are reasons for that.

Venison can be tolerable in jerky but why would I eat that when beef exists?
The deer in the woods are free.

Thread tax:
If I had to eat a single type of meat for the rest of my life it would be duck. It’s so fucking good if I’m eating it that’s all I’m doing.
Beef is the second best because of the diversity of cuts and preparation and rare roast beef is my favorite sandwich meat but it’s expensive so:
Chicken I eat the most, mostly roasted whole chicken - it’s easy and does not take a lot of user time to prepare. Bone in thighs are great too - cheap and flavorful.
I like pork but it’s kind of one-note for me, mostly consumed as sausage / kielbasa / cured.
