I have to disagree. Something like a minor nose job, small fake breasts for cosmetic reasons, fake breasts because of a double mastectomy, and hell look at Zendaya before/afters. I still don't find her attractive, but one of her brows was noticeably lower than the other. I had a fairly major surgery on the side of my head and the scar isn't noticeable unless I point it out. Plastic surgeon did it and it's ~5 inches long.

im sorry, but fake tits are never okay. i dont care the circumstances, ill take flat mastectomy chest over fake tits any day.

There’s a trend in the uk and there has been for a while to be almost orange with fake tan, poker straight hair, inflated lips, eyebrows sharpies on and fake eyelashes that look like a spatchcocked tarantula. It’s a baffling look.
Each generation has their broth fails though. My generation was those awful bus stop perms.
I’ll sound like an old biddy I know but youth has its own beauty and none of these girls need this much makeup, they’re beautiful as they are.
Also contouring, fillers and all that. I’ve yet to see anyone look better after buccal fat removal
