Just give them PHB ranger and basee human, they won't tell the difference.

Throw in a -4 to their CON for hormone imbalances and a chance for autoimmune diseases.

I would like that simply out of munchkinness (A +1 strength would be good for white male paladin, and +1 dex for drow dualwield girl) .

But I don't think that is in the game. Last I saw -4 str was Morrowind.

So the troon is a half demon follower of the goddess of death and trickery. I'd say that's pretty appropriate and kinda based.
