What is the best place to get a bacon cheeseburger? What do do get on it? What do you avoid
For me it's checkers' baconzilla I'm good with patty cheese bacon and buns I don't mind lettuce tomato onions or their sauce what I wouldn't get on it would be pickles and mushrooms.

My favorite bacon cheeseburger is any kind that I can get with some form of fried onion, be it onion rings or onion strings, and BBQ sauce.
I liked red Robin when they still existed. Bacon cheeseburger with extra crispy onion rings. So good.
Red Robin is still operating as a restaurant chain, although they have cut back on the amount of restaurants in recent years.

There is no bacon cheeseburger that is perfect to everyone. But the one at Five Guys is good. I get it with extra cheese, grilled onions and grilled mushrooms with ketchup and mayo.
Definitely. Best Five Guys location I've been to was in Rutland, Vermont. They made everything perfect and gave like double the fries of what you're supposed to get. I've been to a lot Five Guys locations around New England and Upstate New York.

Non-fast food for me it has to be any bacon cheeseburger out of a Pub. Not any specific pub, bar burgers just seem to be better than most. Cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and a bacon jam if they have it.

The bacon cheeseburger made during a backyard/neighborhood BBQ will always be the best kind to me.

The best cheeseburgers (or any food for that matter) come from small mom and pop restaurants and local chains that don't go outside their region. Big national chains are going to try to make everything uniform, so smaller places are probably going to have different variations or even let you decide on things like the type of cheese used, type and thickness of the bacon, and rareness of the burger.

There’s a small chain near me that seems to charbroil their patties. Otherwise, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings recently, and their thick cut bacon was really good. Ditto for places like Checkers.

the best place to get a bacon cheeseburger is your own home, it takes around 10 min to cook everything, 15 if you include assembly of the bun and condiments and salad

^This. Homemade is best, tastes better and you get the satisaction of having made something yourself.

Also if you want to take a bacon cheeseburger up another level, add some blue cheese (if you like blue cheese, that is).
