Am I the only one who hates the Tony/Peter dynamic?

Yes.

I like the paternalistic relationship between Tony and Peter. Its an example of Tony's growth over the series, and its also an interesting direction to take Peter's character. Peter has been, in large part, defined by his relationships with the father figures in his life--Uncle Ben, Curt Connors, Norman Osborn, etc.--but he's never had a superhero mentor before. He's always been a loner when it comes to being Spider-Man. Making Tony his mentor adds something new and interesting to his character. Uncle Ben helped shaped the man Peter would become, but Tony helped shaped the hero Spider-Man will become. Its a cool new twist on an old character.

Also, am I seriously the only person who noticed that part that crammed all the female superheroes (including incredibly minor ones and Tony Stark's daughter from the future) into one scene?

It looked like a tampon commercial or something
Everybody noticed that in this thread. Read nigga read.

Thoughts?

Like obviously I want him to be happy with Peggy but not if its going to fuck up the MCU timeline.

I don't mind Captain America's final scene because causal, ripple-effect-free time travel comes with fucking up your universe pre-installed. If you can just grab whatever (or whoever) you need out of the past and use it to change the future without changing the present, "why can't they just..." is the question that's going to break every Avengers-affiliated movie going forward.

I really enjoyed the part where Thanos said "There's no fried chicken and watermelon when you're going!" before punching Black Panther. Thanos is a gamer.
