From what I have read, ACV does help a little bit with fat loss. But it's so minuscule it might just be data variance. If it's not, you're better off eating better and exercising first. Before trying to choke it down.

Why Apple Cider vinegar in particular? Any reason why not just vinegar?

I also like to make what I call snake juice, and it's just vinegar, lemon juice with a tsp of potassium, and sea salt in a 2 liter of water and just drink it throughout the day. Tastes like ass, but damn does it help if you work outside all day in the summer time. Especially if you can keep it ice cold.
This sounds great. But what do you mean specifically by "potassium"? I'm wary of breaking open my chemistry set for this.

Been doing apple cider vinegar for about 6 months now. I feel like it helps a bit. I've been dieting working out for 11 months and I've lost a ton of weight. As @Grub said: Just eating better is the real trick.

>Eat more fruits and veggies
>Cut out soda and booze. Don't drink empty calories
>Don't eat fast food or processed instant slop
>Cook your own meals
>Just walk for 30 minutes a day
>Drink more water

Dieting isn't hard. Don't jump on any meme fad diets. Just make simple, lasting choices that will benefit your health.
I know it's late but it's this right here. On my end, I lost a lot of pounds from a combination of walking/threadmill/stationary bike for at least 40 mins. to an hour and then managing my diet as much as possible for a year. I don't do these fad diets as well.

As for apple cider vinegar, it doesn't help much overall on weight-loss for me.

"No Salt" salt alternative. Its mainly potassium chloride is what I use. Use it in even amounts with sea salt.

Sometimes, I’ll put a bit of ACV in bottled water just to curb my appetite a bit. It’s distilled ACV, not the kind with “The Mother” because I’m a poorfag.
