It's still wild to me how nowadays people unironically think One Piece women are hot when back then people hated them for "having the same face and body".

It's the single reason I never got into One Piece until a couple of years ago. After a thousand chapters it wears you down. Now I have brain damage and I think Lilith is attractive.

I'll be honest with you in that I dropped it after I think six episodes, but yeah, the game state at the start of the show is really weird. Kagome and Inuyasha are both in the past but their daughter is a little gremlin who has to work off a debt to some fucking dude who isn't important, Sesshomaru and Rin have twins, one of whom is in the past palling around with Sango and her brother's kids hunting demons, and one of whom is in the modern day being raised by Kagome's brother. It's weird.

Which reminds me of this, lol. Kubo also can't talk to women which immediately makes him very based and relatable.

Kubo does have great taste in women compared to Oda especially Kishi. The female characters in Bleach are pretty well written altogether and nothing else he still conceived Rukia.

It's a bit of a crossover with Shoujo but Inuyasha is a fun ride.

I would make fun of Inuyasha a lot for being wasted potential, but looking back on it after having finally seen the ending season at one point, it wasn't really that bad. It's just way too long with too much of that length being jack all getting accomplished. It's decent when something actually important is happening or if it's a comedic bit with the characters goofing off, but the parts in between that are serious but basically just filler are really boring and forgettable.

Miroku is still funny on a meta level though for being a character with an instant "I win" button that the story has to continually contrive reasons he never uses it, the most common being that the villain drags a swarm of bees around with him.

There are two mangas though. The first manga's art is best described as "shitpost" and the later manga is the one with great art.

The webcomic's art isn't really that bad. The anatomy is often simple bordering on wonky and secondary characters can sometimes be hard to tell apart if they change clothes, but ONE is pretty good at flow and conveying impact and motion, especially after the really early chapters.

Obviously DBZ. Yu Yu Hakusho is the best thing Togashi ever wrote imo, but Hunter x Hunter is also good.

Hakusho is pretty amazing. I just wish he wasn't basically dying while writing the last arc. It was still very good but you could tell he was over it.

I dunno how these TCGs based on stuff like One Piece or Dragonball even get popular in the first place. I've never been a big TCG guy in the first place but do people actually play these games or are they just collecting them for the art and for the series itself?

Yeah they do. People outside the hobby only pay attention when a collector craze happens, but you can find people playing those games pretty easily. One Piece is easy to get into and cheaper than other games, it's a fun TCG. I don't know about Dragon Ball. Naruto TCG was weird and nobody played that shit.

Even though I'm not much into Gundam, I'll find it eternally amusing that Amuro and Char's last moments before death was Char having a sperg out about wanting a mommy gf while Amuro cringed about it.

By the way, according to Tomino himself, this is a scene that women just can't understand.

It's probably a combination of both. 2 of those characters to my knowledge are just considered cross dressers that didn't troon out but there is a increasing amount of actual trannies in anime lately
