Helps that the music was genuinely pretty good too. And the animation actually took advantage of the fact that the show is a cartoon and could do silly things unlike most anime these days, the sheer style of the show cannot be denied. Plus, the four main dipshits are very lovable.

And reccomending another thing i found "Moimon" its basically pokemon but more "realistic" i guess like one day not pokemons appeared and they raped human civilisation to almost extinction (god like ones not the bottom trash ones) and so far (16 chapters) it seems good to me at least. (story takes couple of houndred years later after their appearence or something like that)

I don't recall that in the manga, must be exclusive to the anime.

Finally got the new Ancient Magus Bride books pre-ordered. Much as I go "hype beast aura farm gang shit" over buff men beating the shit out of each other, I do still love Kore Yamazaki's little series. I've yet to read her earlier works though like Frau Faust and the one about two people who fall in love in a bookshop

Kinda like it has pokemons killing people but it also has some comedic shit in it too.
(like not team rocket harvesting retarded cat pokemons and turning them into poke food and the way they are harvested is that some guy just kidnaps them with his pokemon and delivers it)
