Yeah, yeah, ultra short, commercial as hell, made by a big studio, but don't care. It always makes me laugh and is a nicely self contained story in 3 minutes.
Edit to add: I also really, really like that one xkcd did. It's simple and elegant and really well done, but I'm fucked if I can find it as a video. Everyone's seen it anyway, I guess.

I remember watching a claymation of 4 people fishing on a platform, and finding a music box, and later fighting over it, till they all die. Can't remember the name and now I'm angry.

Personal favs.
I am also going to cheat a bit and mention both Genius Party films, Neo Tokyo, Robot Carnival and Memories and the Animatrix. These are all antology films made up of several short films each directed by different people, all pretty great.
