The only thing Dobson is working his ass off on is playing Splatoon, tweeting on Twitter, and being an all around asshole.
The weird thing is: even in the games he plays, he's mediocre. If he was a top notch competetive player at Splatoon, at least I could respect him for that, but he's using what was described as the Noob weapon and he still sucks at the game. And clearly has no idea how tactics outside of "paint lotsa ground" work.
Of course he makes it about himself.

A) Being called a fat, insufferable cunt online is not how cyberattacks work, either, you fat, insufferable cunt.
B) Yeah, the US military is rather overblown, but guess what? There's a concept called "Projection of Force", you fat, insufferable cunt. That's the sole reason why China's huge military hasn't been relevant on a global scale yet.
He's literally emotionally on par with a kindergartener, so when he saw Zelda dealing with complex emotions, he tried to make a shitty joke in an attempt to lighten things up because he pretty much can't process complex emotions.
You know, for a time, I wondered why he would write such a mean comment, telling Zelda to simply shut up about her problems (which is how I interpreted the image).
I couldn't fathom what was going on in his head and thought he'd be a dick to do this...
Now I know, he posted it to be 'uplifting' and 'supportive'... And that is even worse. My original thought was, that Dobs was a complete and utter asshole, but at least he wasn't fucking clueless on human interaction.
When someone tweets "Geez, my customers are such dicks sometimes", you can post the "calm thine tits" image. When someone tweets "Dude, this stress is killing me!" you can post a cute "hang in there"-pic... but when someone expresses their depression over the
loss of a family member (!), posting anything along these lines (ie: some "cute animal doing cute things with insipid text slapped across") is in such poor taste, I can't even put it in words. Using an image with a rather passive aggressive notion to it - godDAMNED Dobs. Jesus.
It was the same with the teenage lesbian who told him off. She kept bringing up actual hardships that LGBT people face and how he's objectifying them, while he kept going on and on about the cartoon.
Like any lackwit fool realizing to be losing an internet fight, he has to retreat to higher ground. Cause god forbid the might blue bear paragon of PROGRESS is ever wrong!
At least he was showing his true colors. Korrasami > the plight of actual people. Always.
