Back when he started hinting at having PTSD, he made some illusions to seeing a counselor. Counselor is such a broad term... it could be a social worker, a psychiatrist, the HR guy at his McJob. But in any meaningful sense, Dobby has never made any real attempts to seek psychiatric help.

I don't think he's away from the internet right now. People like him say that kind of things and, instead of leaving the internet temporarily, they're still there, lurking, reading what people say of them, but don't post anything, to give others the feeling they really left.

'Sides, man didn't have much in the way of "fame" anyways. He's always been known for his stupidity and whining, there's not much in the way of fame to begin with beyond that.

He was once a part of a small group of like 6 devianttartletts called "fresh epics" and they were supposed to be "the most up and coming group of artists of DA" or something. To give you an example of the kind of quality atistd we are dealing with, as well as dobbles being in it, Humon was there too. She's a werid gay man domination/rape fetishist and it's so thinnly veiled and then she makes a Hetalia ripoff and she was doing a bunch of stuff about different weird little chibi comics where all the characters are essentially the same and every single man is very gay for whatever reason
