If Dobson hates people seeing his art for free so much, why does he draw so much free art on places like Miiverse?

This is going to sound crazy but I think there is some twisted logic in it, since WiiU owners are mostly the kind of people that ara like minded, he can expose his art to them. Since he no longer uses dA, he is trying to sell himself through Nintendo online crowd? The game sold over 1 million units so there is a off chance that he might want to give himself promotion that way but I don't see how can that translate into real Patrons to be honest considering the age bracket the game appeals to.

The problem is that "pretty good" doesn't cut it for someone who graduated with a BFA from The Minneapolis School of Art and Design (2003 - 2007), granted, a lot of artistic growth has to come from the artist push to improve himself after graduation, but that is just the thing, Dobson decided that his education was a waste of time and therefore his lack of growth is someone else's fault, he is unable of self criticism and objective introspection and therefore he has become stagnant.

Yes I saw it and I just wanted to cry afterward. What a freaking waste, there are people out there that would give an arm and a leg for the opportunity to be given an education in a dedicated art school, meanwhile Dobson gets that chance and squanders it.

Also, the short video gives a glimpse into Dobson's insecurities, at 0:27, who is the guy in the suit supposed to be that is "keeping him away" from doing what he wants? Also, notice the emphasis he places on money, he displays money on SIX instances in a 1:11 minute video. So much for being a labor of love.

To be honest, even people there doesn't seem to enjoy Dobson art. In his Miiverse gallery (to call it somehow) most of his messages are hardly noticed or receive any "Yeah!" (Likes, positive rating, however you want to call it). So maybe that's why he does it, because people doesn't care for him.
Weird, as an artist I thought he would enjoy people watching his doodles but nope, even the miiverse (mostly kid populated) ignores him and that's how he likes it.

Joke is on him then, if you doodle something, it appears in the billboard but only to you, in other people games it will be somewhere else or won't appear at all. So if he thinks kids are actually watching his doodles, it's a big fat "NOPE".

They aren't hard to make, they don't have a lot of options so most of his common mistakes aren't possible, and you can't make comments just likes. It's basically Dobson dream artworld, he can impress children and receive criticism free asspats.
