You know how people sometimes say that people like Dobson never left high school, what with their little Twitter cliques and stuff? Honestly, people like Dobson never left elementary school. There was usually that one kid who wanted to be the teacher's pet a little too much and creeped even the teacher out with how much they relied on them for approval. I'll admit I was probably like this, but I cut that shit out when I realized I was a creepy little brown-noser.

People like Dobson are common because, well, as much as I fear saying this and risk being an armchair sociologist, there isn't much of a place of acceptance for non-traditionally masculine males. It's an issue because they look for a group to fit into and usually they go for the extremes. Some become MRAs, others become bootlicking sycophants like Dobson or Burch. It's a coping mechanism, from what I've seen. No one cared about them until they agreed to hold signs. They think the group they're in cares about them now. But they don't.
 
Looks like it seems that Dob currently isn't really interested in drawing anymore.

Good job being a dick to your fans. I'd like to see you push through with Patreon, despite the overwhelming amount of NO in the poll you had. By now, I think your "fans" consists mainly of trolls watching your every move. You've probably scared away any genuine fan you ever had because of your shitty attitude.

Tweeting during work? Yes you can tweet using your phone, but people are telling you to gtfo of Twitter because you tweet like there's no tomorrow. You can't possibly "work" and tweet at the same time. What, does you left hand do shit while you simultaneously tweet and patrol twitter, facebook and deviantart? lol k.

Preston has always had a poor understanding of criticism. If one person tells him he takes too long with his comics and another tells him that his comic seems rushed, he gets all dizzy then whines about it online. Criticism comes in different flavors and don't always agree on one thing. And when he does actually do something about his work or habits, it's only to get people to shut up and not actually out of personal insight when it comes to improving himself.

And yet, when he does, they still don't shut up. And for very good reason. But he never gets the hint. Probably never will either.
