The above cap just kinda confirms my theory that these guys basically get off on women just noticing them. They won't ever expect sex from any of them because they're a terrible person for being born male, so it's their replacement. I remember one of the writers of Borderlands literally framed a tweet to him by one of these people. That's just what I was reminded of.

I believe it was. Really, there's a lot of people like Dobby and Burch. They're basically sycophants that have resigned themselves to being footstools, and in fact beg for the privilege of their feet touching their backs. But at the same time, they say that the people resting their feet on them don't need footstools and that footstool culture is harmful. It's bizarre, but all it means for the person resting their feet is a personal army.
