I think it's fairly obvious why he wants the red badge of autism: he can use it as an excuse for why no one talks to him instead of facing the harsh reality that his own miserable personality is sufficient to drive everyone away.

It's a hate crime to point out that Islam promotes less than enlightened beliefs. Any Christian who holds beliefs even a fraction as repugnant, though, is the worst person in the world. Muslims are allowed to preach that Jews should all be killed, gays should be crushed under bricks, and that women need to be raped, though.

I doubt he can. He's probably just parroting someone higher up the SJW foodchain that said something about the comic. Since he can't admit that he hasn't actually been following the issues (and probably doesn't even understand the comic in the first place), he just states, blandly, that he disagrees with it.
