Turns out there's been two cases in the last ten years of guys like Andy trying to fake incontinence to get their rocks off. They get caught and go to jail, thank fuck. First one is out of AZ, and he horrifyingly worked as a sub for a school district before deciding to pull an Andy at 30 years of age.
This guy was busted back in January, but it wasn't his first offense. He was trying to (or did) hire caregivers online for diaper changes. In facilities, when guys like Andy pop up they are dealt with by the male staff. Exclusively. There may even be rules about being in room with him as a female that you have to be 2:1 or even 3:1 for safety. So I am naively optimistic there is way more control in place to keep caregivers safe in a home visit environment, even if it's just mandatory 2:1 and only males when available. There may be more they can do, idk.
Either way, it sounds like the clock is running out on his time in Erie. Whether he leaves via jail or bus is up to him, I guess. Also Tawm doesn't have to be his payee if he doesn't want to. He can refuse. Make the state do it. Cut every single last tie if he wants.

I think it is a long shot that the cops haul Amdy away over this... yet. But here's what is almost certainly happening.

Either she or the agency will investigate Amdy's behaviors as regards his caregivers who will also get to read his sick posts about diaper and prostate play. The likely immediate effect will be no more female caregivers for po po widdle Amdy.
They will talk to current and recent caregivers about shit boy. If he crossed any lines, such as demanding they change his diapers when that is not a care need authorized by the state, it gets kicked up to the state agency. If there are any indications the infamous poopsquatch has behaved inappropriately to or around aids, his benefits WILL be shut down. No more adult retard services. No more State Medicaid. (Sadly Federal SSDI is next to impossible to revoke).
If his inappropriateness wandered into overt sexual shit. It might have his caregivers pissed off enough to press charges. But the ick factor there is so high that the cops are unlikely to do it on their own.
But the big thing will likely be the word will go out that NOBODY delivering Amdy care is to pozload my negholepsquatch's ass. If he demands any caregivers do so, they are to call it in to management and leave.

Well his mother is already dead and had failing health. It certainly wasn't helped at all by Andy's presence; Ipoint to the great oil diffuser incident where he gassed the entire family with eucalyptus charges or whatever the hell. Or poisoning their food with laxatives. Not to mention the general stress of having Janet play mediator between Andy and the other men when he inevitably had a tantrum over something because it's what he does.
Tom certainly did have a little bit of suicidal ideation I suppose but I don't personally think I'd call it that. I specifically remember him sounding defeated and saying "I just wanna live however long I have left and get out of this crummy world." in a video, after Andy did his usual of inflicting himself on the family. Now I'm positive he's doing better because the squatch is off in Erie and they're still in New York. We don't know if he still calls them but I feel like we'd have gotten some recordings before they stopped if he did.
