Oat milk flat white
Hash brown
English muffin
Sausage
Eggs over medium
Slice of cheese

Black coffee.
Two eggs over easy, as runny as possible too, please.
Overcooked bacon. Yes, it has to be overcooked because I love it that way.
White bread toast, buttered, and cut into triangles.
Crispy hash browns.

Just toss a bit of salt and pepper on my eggs and hash browns, and I am one very happy lady.

  1. Preheat oven to 200
  2. Pan fry thick cut bacon low and slow
    1. Very pride month adjacent, but whole foods bacon fucks
    2. Put on plate in oven to keep warm and reserve grease
  3. Spicy breakfast sausage and put in oven
  4. Reserve grease
  5. Do a roux, but use the reserved grease and cut the butter as required
  6. Biscuits while your gravy cooks down
  7. Over easy eggs
  8. Bring it all together

Not my favorite, but related-
Bacon grease is the king of shortening to fry pancakes in.
Dunno what it is or why, just makes the crispiest pancakes without overdoing it.

Scrambled eggs, three pieces of bacon, two sausage patties, and two slices of buttered white-bread toast cut in half, which I use to make two breakfast sandwiches. There's a reason I only went there once a week, and it wasn't the price.

Still my go to hangover breakfast:

two eggs over easy, hashbrowns, two slices bacon, rye toast, orange juice and black coffee. maybe a little bit of an orange or some strawberries. Relatively low sugar and can get me going again.

Breakfast for me has to be Country Fried Steak and Eggs (over medium) with a pile of hashbrowns, and biscuits and gravy. I'll go with Eggs benedict as well if I'm really craving it.

If anyone is ever in Herkimer, NY. Go to Crazy Otto's Empire Diner as they are one my favorite diners that I went to.

Lunch can be really any sandwich or a basic bacon cheeseburger and crisp fries or tots. Diner burgers are always incredible.
Dinner is fish and chips or chicken parm with spaghetti.

Denver omelette, sourdough toast, coffee. Build a tower out of the jam and sugar packets while I wait, tell the waitress I promise I'll clean them up when she gives me the sideeye.

Eggs over easy, sourdough toast, cheese hashbrowns, bacon strips or sausage links, ham steak with the marrow still in, and apple juice. I like coffee but these places never serve it the way I want it, which is cold brew. If I want something sweet that isn't a drink, I'll get french toast or waffles, but usually I prefer salty and savory for breakfast.

When I'm at home I'll usually go with...
  • Coffee with cream and sugar, just enough to cut down on the bitterness but not enough to make it a glorified milkshake
  • If I have OJ or POG on-hand I'll drink a glass for the vitamin C.
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • Bacon or, if I've prepared it the night before, a small cut of top sirlon steak
  • Sourdough toast
If I'm out it'll largely vary depending on my situation, when I'm staying at a hotel I'll usually book at one that offers a free breakfast buffet so that I can mimic the above as best I can. If I'm on the road I'll just get a large brewed coffee, a couple of hash brown, and a bacon-egg-and-cheese biscuit (or a McGriddle if I want to feel like a fat bastard) from McDonald's.

Black coffee
Home fries with onions and bell peppers
Eggs over medium
Turkey sausage
Sourdough toast
Tabasco and ketchup

My kingdom for a good over medium egg... seems like every restaurant gives me over easy

Bacon
Eggs
Griddle Cakes
Hash Browns
Sausage

With an orange juice, don't mess with the classics.

Listen up straight, y'all biscuit heads.
I'd like a piece of rye toast and two scrambled eggs.
Order hash browns, make 'em EXTRA CRIPS.
A glass of orange juice and a bowl of cheese grits.

Chilaquiles with green sauce and bistec on top, couple of over easy eggs with refried beans and some coffee.

Country-fried Steak
Eggs over easy
Hash Browns
Wheat Toast
Black Coffee

Simple, tasty as fuck, not too expensive depending on where I go, and impossible to fuck up.

Stack of hotcakes, light and airy as seafoam with brown crispy edges, with just a dash of vanilla extract. Knob of butter soaked in, then drowned in boysenberry syrup, which is harder and harder to find these days. Thick walled white mug filled with strong drip coffee, with cream. That's it.
