Im confused because we have seen her recently from erics vlog and she quite clearly looks in the worst physical form yet. What has the "help" done? It looks like shes been eating non stop.

Look at comparisons between even a few months ago and now. She has the color and signs of someone who's organs are failing and can't keep up a normal appearance anymore. And at current rate her youtube channel will live longer than her, auto-uploading months of super relevant backlog after she expires on pillow mountain.

As soon as Dr Now hears of the (quite possible, sitting up sleeping) congestive heart failure he will insist she uses medical transport.
TLC mailing back might also be legit, trying to make sure there are no further emails from that someone when people keep reaching out about Big AL, making it known they tried and she refused.

I'm seriously asking. It's not like they're doctors or therapists or whatever. There's no confidentiality being broken (that I know of, at least) in saying, "Yeah, we asked her to be on our show and she said no". It's unprofessional, but I don't think it's illegal.
I agree that it's fishy as hell, and probably fake. But I guess time will tell.

Historians are needed for all types of media so keep doing the Lord’s work. I, admittedly, fell off the MSHPL train around 18-months ago but I don’t doubt this. Those poor kids. The worst part is that they probably don’t know how truly dysfunctional that set-up is. I only hope that Twink-o doesn’t sleep in the same bed as ALR.

Regardless if the email is real or fake, she'll never be on the show. She wouldn't be able to put her life out there on a massive scale like that,
She isn't even a blip on Youtube, a dead mall series gets more views, a series with no talking and someone walking around an empty mall gets more views than her, she's nothing on Youtube. Even she knows that the amount of hate would go up and while she wants and craves any sort of attention, she couldn't handle that.
Slow suicide by over eating is what we'll get and in the end she would just troll herself. Some life that is.

someone could always email them and see for themselves if they get a response back. but she might of already went to a weight loss surgery center- I haven't kept up with it much since her videos are so far behind. did she go to that appointment? either way it didn't work out or she would of made a video all excited about a new plan like she did with Optavia. Dr.Now would give her the same rules as any WLS doctor. he might just be willing to operate on her while still a little heavier but still require her to lose weight on her own.

There's several problems at work with this.

I don't know whether the email was real or not, but I do know that doing stuff like this is pointless. AL has the resources to seek help and she has been actively choosing not to devote those resources to anything useful for 5+ years now. I get that these people who contact all these shows for her are well intentioned, but you can't force someone to accept help. Lolcows especially cannot be helped.
Eta: Just now realized it's been talked about both in the Haydur Nation and the General thread
