Apart from that, when the lease renewal comes up, they could all just decline to renew and move out, leaving Amber alone with her stench and garbage.

Yeah, she said once before that one of her "very very veryveryvery VERY best friends is trans" so she would never be transphobic. When asked, she stated that she wasn't referring to Krystle, Becky or Eric. If, and it's a big if, such a friend exists it must be Rafe, whose preferred pronouns are she/her but whose old tumblr posts indicate that her gender identity is complicated.

As far as I recall from what I read here, there is no way in hell she's on the lease. The whale won't get an ID. She couldn't even sign a lease. I have no doubt the landlord is aware she's there, but she isn't on that lease, and this amuses me because if Rickie just says fuck it, and leaves, Eric/becky in tow or not. The place falls apart and the landlord will bring people to court.

Hamber going to court would be delicious given all the shit she's done and owes money for.

I want to know who the landlord is that will let someone sign a lease with no job or ID. Because I want to rent from someone that clueless, forever.

Would the landlord be forced to give her a certain amount of time to move? If she has no ID and the gaycare isn't listed as her mailing address, how could she prove to a landlord or officer that she lives there? (Besides the obvious stench)

The SHE HAS NO-ID is an unsubstantiated myth that keeps being perpetuated after she lost her ID way back in the Destiny era, and I wish it would stop.

Those youtube shekels are being direct deposited in a bank account. Likely Becky's and she's the primary holder. Banks do not allow DD's that are not in the holder's name. It's one of the ways banking laws changed after 9/11. Amber would legally have to be added as a secondary holder for DD's in her name, and that requires an ID...

As does a dozen other things like doctor visits, some prescriptions require an ID for them to be filled and picked up, etc etc.
