She's probably making $50,000-$100,000 a year, probably more. Wouldn't surprise me if she doesn't have an LLC set up to get the money into that to funnel around limits for Medicaid, SSI, Food Stamps etc.

Nah. Youtube doesn't pay as much as you think it does. Also I don't think she's smart enough to set up an LLC to commit welfare fraud. If there's any welfare fraud going on in that household it's the much simpler 'junkies let you use 100 dollars off their EBT card in exchange for 50 in cash' thing which is rampant in places like rural Kentucky.
