TBF some dogs won't sit the fuck still, or have dark nails and you can't see the quick clearly. But it hardly matters, cause AL was the one talking about being surprised at how inexpensive nail-cutting services are for dogs ($15). That's two Pioneer Woman tumblers, three super cute cat mugs y'all, or four journals expressing disdain for adulting. So there's just no excuse.
 
I honestly dont understand why she took it so personally that we wondered what happened to Twinkie. Literally all you had to do, if you really felt the need to address it, was say, "i've heard that people haven't seen Twinkie in a while...but look, here she is!" and thats it. She was incredibly condescending the way that she addressed this and literally over nothing??? Like why are you so pissed...not to mention that its hypocritical because she doesnt even take care of her animals properly and borderline abuses them, but like, gotta address THESE rumors immediately and not Twinkies nails...

It's not like she or Becky work. It would take 15 minutes and perhaps $15 to at least begin getting Twinkies nails under control. They'd likely want to do it over a couple of visits because she's gone so long without a trim that her little quick has probably grown up into part of that talon. You just know poor Twinkie has arthritis from how those nails are. Bless her, I just wish I could snap her up and let her know what living a decent, healthy life with attention and care is like.

This exactly. Some dogs can even keep their nails naturally filed by walking on pavement or rough surfaces regularly. But Amber can't even stand to walk her dog or pay the small amount of money to get the poor nails clipped.

You are absolutely right about dark nails and some dogs freaking out when it's time to cut their nails. But she has a gurlfriend and two roommates who could help her with cutting Twinkie's nails. But no. She won't do it with help from someone or pay 15$ for a nail-cutting service. But shame on all of us for being worried about the wellbeing of her animals. That hurt her very precious fee-fees. After all she's a fur mama of the year, you guise!

Amber, your life is no one's responsibility but your own. It doesn't matter if someone supports you in your quest or not. You choose to broadcast your life online, not everyone is going to be receptive to your excuses. You don't trim your dog's nails, don't give him the proper exercise, and let him live a shell shocked existence.

I wish somebody would call her out on Twitter about being diagnosed with BED. As stated a couple of posts up, it wasn't part of the DSM until 2013. She said in some past vlog she hadn't been to the Dr. in ten years. Leading one to assume shes lying. I'm just ready for a good ole' chimpout.
