Tinfoil hat theory: its not resilience its her gut health being so bad that her body isnt absorbing any nutrients. I dont think she can process much, her gut biome must be next to nothing and I bet shes just passing mass that hasnt been properly processed by her insides. I know there's debate over Hamburgerlynn even being a lesbian at all, but I'll never understand lesbians who exclusively date very butch women. Most of Amber's partners have been extremely unappealing (although Density's dgaf attitude and pushback on Amber's BS was somewhat endearing).
Some minor internet celebrity who ran a cooking channel with his mom died on livestream recently of a sudden cardiac arrest. It was pretty brutal to see someone die so immediately like that, in the space of 10 seconds. It was like a glimpse into Amber's future.
