She wouldn't waste a moment telling us how her disease (which is TOTALLY LEGIT, guys!) is the worst case that her specialists have ever seen and how she has to go to the Mayo Clinic, etc.
The fact that she is suddenly attributing it to autism, after putting her developmental stuff on the back burner for what seems like an eternity, tells me that she's desperately grasping at straws to remain relevant on Tumblr. As someone whose biggest fear is going blind, I kinda hope this might be the feeding tube that breaks this munchie's back and someone finally turns her in.

If you think your patient is a liar/drug seeker/etc, it’s best to keep them before they move on to fool somebody. Doctors tend to be pragmatic and take a broader, clinical view of people like Amanda. I’m sure she isn’t fooling all of them, and on some chart somewhere there’s a note reading “possible factitious disorder.” So they take it from there and try to figure out how to handle the reality of the situation and implement harm reduction and management, because she is their patient. A doctor sees a deeply mentally ill woman insisting that she needs a cane for a blind person. There’s no way to prove she’s having the migraine-type blurred vision. So you give the lunatic a cane, since if you don’t, you know she might walk into the street on purpose just to prove a point.
Don’t get me wrong, the anger here is justified because she has done harm with her claims about autism and has been lying to people for years. People can be both sick and bad people. But the fact is, Amanda really is extremely ill. Just not in the way she says. Anybody willing to live this way, shit their pants, jump through hoops to go so far as to have feeding tubes installed, and live this totally fucked up waste of a human life is seriously mentally ill. yeah thats makes a good point about ''getting caught'' but i still say, that while yes she is very mentally ill, she should still be held accountable for her wrong doings because she DOES know right from what, she does understand concepts and consequences, hell shes been known to lecture others on stuff like that '' being responsible for actions, accepting there are consequences for this n that, so, while i understand some folks do not understand that concept, anamda does and many mentally il people do, amanda is still quite competent even with her muchhausens

i can kinda see that, you do have a valid [point but again, she is competent she does fully understand consequences and what is right from wrong, as i mentioned to another person, that she has been known to chastise and lecture people on right and wrong, accepting responsibility and consequences for actions, plus, amanda should be called out exposed and held accountable as with many people out there who commit crimes are even if they have are mental health circumstances.... if they know right from wrong they are usually held accountable for actions except for in extreme circumstances, like murdering an abusive or violent person while you are being attacked to defend yourself to save your own life--- you know, that sorta thing, ( justifiable homicide) or such .... but amandas situations are nothing near those kinds of extremes, she has hurt thousands and mislead thousands, committing fraud playing con games, is a serious thing that should be punished.

Oh, I totally agree. I think she has always been fully competent enough to know that what she's doing is wrong and needs to be held accountable. While sexual abuse is never a joke, I do think that she kind of got hooked on the feeling of people feeling sorry for her and wanted more of the "perks" that go along with being seen as a perpetual victim.

The person is capable of living alone, and sustaining pleasant conversation, but freaks the fuck out when a red car parks in front of his building, because the fucking government, that's why. yeah i see what you mean, i said before also, yes she is legit mentally ill, BUT she is aware of what she is doing and understands right from wrong, so i do think she should be held accountable .
hehe i dont think shes ever freaked out in the store, but she has been caught on camera walking , right at the end of her powerchair and diapers phase, and walking fairly normally, and talking pretty normally , but she has had freak outs at home, and at a conference which a number of people strongly feel was all a put on for show type deal :/

- allegedly people tell her she looks stupid as fuck and blind, so now she's blind "AND PROUD OF IT!"

- a weird story about Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. She says its affected "everything in my life. EVERYTHING", goes on about missing huge chunks of time, descriptions of auras lifted directly from google searches on epilepsy/migraines, carefully weaving in that she's never actually been diagnosed with it--- "but it's on the table".
- various stories about treating care workers like shit. One calls her out on "not giving a fuck" about anything/others/her house being a mess, etc
- several entries feature stuff other people allegedly said to her to back up her introduction of new medical problems, but also, mentioning that other people have told her she's fucking unpleasant to be around
- people calling her out on using a speech device that she clearly doesn't need but uses when she doesn't feel like talking
- a couple in there about how the hospital is trying to murder her in various ways, she just gets discriminated against constantly
- older one from last year about how the hospital is trying to starve her to death because they wouldn't let her bring a blender in or something
- lengthy explanations about how she can do "certain things" "sometimes" but "not all the time". while this IS true for a lot of disabled people, she's vagueposting in a way that connects some entries. It seems like staff are sick of her shit (probably literally. zing)
- keeps her dad's beard hairs in an ugly locket. lost the locket, had her mother send her more hair in the mail. This is actually kind of sweet, but it comes off as weird because it's her.
- she's a hunchback now, guize! her final troll form is almost complete, she's just looking for a space under a bridge with disabled access!
It's sad this is the shit she chooses to write about. There's some poems and stories about her family in there that are very nicely written, ven her burned out little theories about the thinking process & other BS are eloquent in ways. It's odd that she doesn't seem to realize that a person with "intellectual disability" (which she uses interchangeably with "developmental disability" to describe herself) wouldn't be able to type like this. A lot of her recent posts are very revealing despite how she tries to be vague. She builds up convincing story, sometimes stringing in things other people supposedly said as evidence, but often contradicts herself in ways that prove she's lying (or skewing the truth).
For example, her entry "cuz I'm blind", she straight up says she's NOT blind, but hidden in a bunch of flowery BS and all the other shit she's trying to use to "prove" that she is, and that she needs a white cane. Even though her corrected vision is "pretty close to normal" (her words), she says she functions like she has a mess of visual agnosias. A lot of people probably wouldn't notice how that slipped in there.
She also goes on to describe seeing Harry Potter characters during a TLE seizure, which is...smh. Not how TLE works.
I'm gonna wrap this up cuz it's making me angry. She's a fucking infuriating person and I feel bad for her family.

Highlights from Amanda's world, where tard and crips are fighting for their lives against constant, endless, Nazi-like oppression that they face every second of every day (but most especially her):
- allegedly people tell her she looks stupid as fuck and blind, so now she's blind "AND PROUD OF IT!"
- her infected stoma, her t00bz got replaced with bigger ones because the holes from the previous got all stretched out, gross and "leaky" (with some delicious pictures. just dip some mozzarella sticks in there)
- a lengthy rant about how she used to have help from people and tons of disabled services, but now she doesn't. (think this is referring to her previous diapers n' powerchair look, because it was very convincing). It's not because people caught on, see, it's because she's developmentally disabled. And everyone is just out to get her! See, they wanna hold her down and record her screams!
- these weird rambling posts, such as one about how she can't keep track of time, or another where she goes on about "thinking about thinking". this shit sounds like someone on acid, but someone who really is too stupid to be wasting braincells tripping.
- pics of Amanda making googly-eyed goldfishes faces, so we can see how blind she is
- a weird story about Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. She says its affected "everything in my life. EVERYTHING", goes on about missing huge chunks of time, descriptions of auras lifted directly from google searches on epilepsy/migraines, carefully weaving in that she's never actually been diagnosed with it--- "but it's on the table".
- various stories about treating care workers like shit. One calls her out on "not giving a fuck" about anything/others/her house being a mess, etc
- several entries feature stuff other people allegedly said to her to back up her introduction of new medical problems, but also, mentioning that other people have told her she's fucking unpleasant to be around
- people calling her out on using a speech device that she clearly doesn't need but uses when she doesn't feel like talking
- a couple in there about how the hospital is trying to murder her in various ways, she just gets discriminated against constantly
- older one from last year about how the hospital is trying to starve her to death because they wouldn't let her bring a blender in or something
- lengthy explanations about how she can do "certain things" "sometimes" but "not all the time". while this IS true for a lot of disabled people, she's vagueposting in a way that connects some entries. It seems like staff are sick of her shit (probably literally. zing)
- keeps her dad's beard hairs in an ugly locket. lost the locket, had her mother send her more hair in the mail. This is actually kind of sweet, but it comes off as weird because it's her.
- she's a hunchback now, guize! her final troll form is almost complete, she's just looking for a space under a bridge with disabled access!
It's sad this is the shit she chooses to write about. There's some poems and stories about her family in there that are very nicely written, ven her burned out little theories about the thinking process & other BS are eloquent in ways. It's odd that she doesn't seem to realize that a person with "intellectual disability" (which she uses interchangeably with "developmental disability" to describe herself) wouldn't be able to type like this. A lot of her recent posts are very revealing despite how she tries to be vague. She builds up convincing story, sometimes stringing in things other people supposedly said as evidence, but often contradicts herself in ways that prove she's lying (or skewing the truth).
For example, her entry "cuz I'm blind", she straight up says she's NOT blind, but hidden in a bunch of flowery BS and all the other shit she's trying to use to "prove" that she is, and that she needs a white cane. Even though her corrected vision is "pretty close to normal" (her words), she says she functions like she has a mess of visual agnosias. A lot of people probably wouldn't notice how that slipped in there.
She also goes on to describe seeing Harry Potter characters during a TLE seizure, which is...smh. Not how TLE works.
I'm gonna wrap this up cuz it's making me angry. She's a fucking infuriating person and I feel bad for her family.

yeah i found out through here that now she thinks she blind but says shes not... i guess shes still in the try out test drive phase of that disability ??... seeing if it fits her and if she likes it or not..? lol

now the head aches, mini or partial seizures and such i can kinda believe because many people get those and epilepsy is actually fairly common, but most of her other conditions are / were faked, or were a mild or minor challenge that she inflated and played up big time.
and i never knew anyone called her out on using a assistance talking device, i thought everyone was sure she needed it.....
( i have one i am partial verbal but i have a learning and processing disability, it helps me organize translate , process and self prompt---- but thats different then, suddenly needing it and then never needing it again )

i can attest to that treating caregivers like shit, yes i seen it she would bark orders after orders, --now granted yes it is common to see disabled people get dismissed and not listened to by their helpers, and even mistreated and abused, but i saw her helpers in person they were doing everything, they were not mistreating her, in fact they catered to her, waited on her, they were jumping when she said jump. but she really treated them like servants and they did wait on her hand and foot while she laid in bed typing.
hahaha yeah she does seriously look like a real life troll, she is a mythical creature come to life. i cant get over how she has over the yeas purposely made herself look worse and worse .
oooh the dads hair and locket, yes i know some people can be eccentric but damn, and i can understand holding on to certain things of a close friend or family member, but wearing the hair and doing it like that..... no.
yeah i will agree there too-- her poetry and writing writing is very nice, her photography and arts n crafts is quite nice, she has skills and talents, and yet she chose to do.....this.... with her life instead of pursue her talents and get positive attention for those .
i knew her during her diapers and wheelchair phase, that was around 2006 ish til about 2013...? i want to say?... and i knew her directly in person around 2007 til about 2010 was last i had seen her in person

What's the point of blending up regular food if you're actually using the feeding tube? I mean I understand vegetables/fruits for vitamins and stuff, but why anything else? Several of her posts allude to blending up whatever into "soup" and running it through there. People don't typically do that with feeding tubes, do they? Don't they just use "feed" with meds and additional vitamins if they need them?
It seems so odd that someone would still be so fat using a tube. I would assume that the combo of corticosteroids and antipsychotics have some role in this, but it's very unusual to see someone so large with a tube and gastroparesis.
Her house is so gross, no wonder this pointless thing gets infected and "leaky" so frequently. The way she fawns and fetishizes her tube (or the drainage thing, the walker, etc), going on about how much she "loves" them, is so disturbing and irritating.
