She’s had a vaginal birth so she knows what real pain is, she’s just playing it up for attention. I’ve heard ER drs describe 10/10 pain as what you’d expect after being thrown through the front window of a vehicle in a car accident, but a complicated vaginal birth is also right up there.
For those that don’t know the Gastric Bypass comment relates to NSAIDs like Ibuprofen. It’s not that you can’t ever take them, but you can only take them short term and in conjunction with a PPI, to reduce the risk of ulcers. Alex has never had an ulcer so I’m sure she could get approved to use an NSAID for a week if she saw her own doctor. They just tend to say “no NSAIDs” after gastric bypass because of idiots like her.
This feels like a covert ad, but she admits she's been chatting with an Amazon Medical bot, and it's a free program since she subscribes to Amazon prime. And her little attention seeking munchie heart is finally satisfied.

They always have a 24 hour hotline because babies don’t care about office hours, and they are the most appropriate service for her to use at the moment.

I’m hoping for a munchie arc, and/or an “autism warrior mommy” arc, and/or major crash out when Thylvie arrives. I’m not sure whether she will continue to deny that Anderthon has delays, or if she’ll eventually doctor shop for a ‘tism diagnosis so she can monetize it. Regardless, she desperately needs some kind of new identity to get her views back up if she wants to continue making a living with this “career.”
