I recommend that you call a lightbulb a "dark sucker" - when the child asks what you're talking about, you tell them it lightbulbs don't emit light, they suck dark, like a vacuum cleaner. The reason the room is full of light is that all the dark has been sucked out. The reason there's a shadow is that dark is getting stuck behind an object.

A teacher did this exercise with me and my class in middle school and I've never forgotten it.

That's a good one. I insist with a perfectly blank face that action movies like Mad Max and all the sequels are actually documentaries. I do that with a lot of movies, actually.
 
Have had to speak to 4 separate people on the phone today regarding Medicaid. Every single one has been a nigger. One even came with smoke alarm chirps. I'm still on the phone and none of my problems have been solved. I want death.

Went to Walmart today a group of hethens were walking inside. The leader of the group shanaynay with a ratty blonde wig. Of course I just heard her chimping about a fight and of course that’s all they talk about. Weed likka newports and fighting and chicken. Fried chicken.

Of course they all walked out with nothing in bags so yeah. Shop lifting I bet
 
I was waiting for the sound of air guns going off, and was not disappointed. A shame the standard ones don't really have the power to do much at distance, the ones designed for cement will fuck a person up even at a few dozen feet.
