No lie, hand to god- We had a meth lab raid in our county just last week lmao.

It's about as stereotypically southern an area as I can imagine ever existing. We literally have one stop light and a gas station and nothing else. The abandoned school was once named for a Confederate general who was from this county. One of our neighbors hosts cock fights at which the local law men are frequent attendees.

I consider living here a clear sign that I have failed to make anything valuable of my life.

Thank you for informing me about the South. I recently moved down South to escape the Hellish West coast, I honestly really enjoy it here and I feel so much freer. I attended a church for the first time in my life and actually had fun, I don't really believe in God much but I enjoy Theology and the history of religions, because I'm a fucking autist.

I live in a decent part of town in the state I'm in so there are significantly less methheads than back home, but I'm experienced dealing with panhandling fuckups so they're not much of a problem for me. I'm also having fun eating real BBQ and Cajun food for once.
