Actually, I gotta agree with @Ginger Piglet: that IS an impressive bit of flesh origami. I like how it was able to produce a self-lubricated 'vaginal canal' without putting in bowel tissue. I bet it helps keep the stench down too. Too bad for Phil he got the oldest method of MTF surgery around, and he'll have stinktrench for life.

Dunno if it happened during this particular surgery, but some doctor in Thailand (where else?) invented a method of having it self-lubricate with by precum by leaving portions of the prostate intact and “re-wired.”

Women can get away with short hair because you can still tell they’re women. Trans women tend to grow it out because they still have man-face. In Phil’s case, he’s also severely balding and ugly, but believes he looks like a young Jennifer Lopez.

Exactly. Some women and transsexuals have to weigh whether or not they will still look like women if they cut all their hair off to have short hair. Fat women usually have a harder time pulling off short hair because the fat gives them a more bigger and masculine appearance. Bigger usually means more masculine.

I'm honestly starting to believe you've never seen a woman with a pixie cut before have you??? Also, as much as I dislike Phil, him having short hair (if his egghead hair is) is the least of his worries, because even if he had long hair, he still wouldn't be able to pass. But yes dude, tranny's can have pixie cuts just like a regular woman.
