I see Phil covered in all these tattoos and I think to myself "See that person? That's definitely someone with a good head on his shoulders. That's an intelligent, rational, well-adjusted, mature, mentally sound individual who DEFINITELY doesn't require the supervision of someone else who will tell them they are making shitty life choices." Although that artist isn't very good now, I think tattooing Phil is prob good practice. I mean, tattooist often practice on grapefruits and pig skin/pigs feet--- having a disposable human to scratch on is even better!
