6 months of intense weight training and bulking as a total beginner will yield impressive and obvious physical results. Warski’s physique is dogshit, he has no shoulders, no back, and no pecs. He was obviously not taking his training even 1/10th as seriously as he pretended to on the show.
What I think happened is Andy rebounded his newbie "Knoxville gains", which probably added about five pounds of muscle; about what to expect after starting resistance training.

To cut Andy slack, he had to gain like 20 pounds, and most of that weight was gained after agreeing to fight Papi. The only way to make that kind of weight in two months was to add fat and water retention.

The funny thing though is I am sure in Andy's mind he thought he could actually gain 10lbs of muscle a month. He tried to flaunt his physique only after he had gotten a pump in the gym, fueled by creatine and pre workout mix, which often contains ingredients to enhance pump.

But the problem is his arms shriveled during the Casino streams, he had no pectoral development -- at all. I was eager to see his legs because I was sure he didn't bother training those, and it looks to be the case from the fight.

I doubt even flexed and pumped, 25% body fat, that Andy's arms even reached 16 inches. His obsession with arms was stupid anyways, this wasn't a bodybuilding show, it was a fight. He should've worked his core with training rather than Coors.

That Salt Papi guy has like half a decade of experience under his belt, he had to drop weight to be in Andy's weight class. There was no way Andy was going to win.
It's his boasting and smugness throughout which makes all the mockery deserved.

He made like 10k? What's that like 2 month's office cubical "wagecuck" job payout? Sad.
Someone just needs to go dig up the old MATI clip of Josh and his theory on smug. Simply nothing good comes from smug. Either you are rightfully smug which means nothing changes or you are wrong and the smug will get thrown in your face.

I wouldn't be surprised if Andy listened to nothing but body building advice and didn't do any real training. Calisthenics are something I think is vital if you want to get functional gains as something like push ups will test far more muscle groups than any isolated workout. Once you know which part of your body gets tired first in those kind of workouts you can better target.

AYNDEE LOOKED LIKE THAT WHEN HE COWERERED FRUM ME IN MYAMEE ~ Man too scared to get in the ring with Warski.
For what it's worth, Ralph doesn't seem averse to physical confrontations, he's started several of them. He hasn't won any of them, but I don't think he's afraid to fight. I think he's afraid of being humiliated again like he was with Cog and Dan

It's why I think a Ralph v. Andy fight would be good to watch.

Andy would win, but it wouldn't be through any particular skill or elan, it would be that he is taller and actually not a fat blob. So while there is no doubt who would win a boxing match, it would be a slog.

Plus Ralph wouldn't give in.

Both have shit punches, and both get easily lose instantly. Tardski wins if he did end up fighting with the Gunt. Yes, he did lose against Salt Papi, but it's an easy win because he'll beat the shit out of Ralph like how he did in Portugal twice.
Ralph is too much of a pussy to go fight Tardski.

I don't know, I think Ralph might have a chance. He's short and hard to reach, and his face makes you want to just kick him on reflex. Instant disqualification right there. Plus he'd come out shirtless and hit you with a guntblast of induced nausea to weaken you before the fight even starts. Hard to hit that goblin when you're trying not to vomit. Warski might be immune due to oversaturation via years of gunt-meme consumption though.

You do realize celebrity's use roids right?
Dumb nigger
Anyone serious about training juices. Fuck boy.
He's already filling himself full of coke and booze its not gonna damage his health.
And six months training as a guy like Warski who never picked up anything heavier than a dose of the clap you're fucking damn right you'd see a difference, it's only once those beginning gains taper out it gets harder to keep bulking up.
You dont need fucking roids to tone up and bulk out in 6 months as a newby, fuck off.
Do you even lift bro?

The day of the Keemstar & Ralph interview Warski claimed to be 175lbs and that he could gain 15-20 more. At the weigh ins we seen him at 179. He had over three months to build muscle of any type and did nothing, the several thousand extra calories was bullshit and he never took anything serious from the start.

The same interview Keem tells Warski and Ralph not to go fight for bums and only make 10k that they would split 100k three ways :story: All in all Warski is a retard and honestly believes he was being paid to take a fall and that none of this was to be taken serious.

Not to be an abortski defender, but that is not how muscle growth works bro.
Gaining muscle naturally is far more difficult than doing it with roids like Christian Bale and Sam Hyde did.
I was counting juicing. If you're trying to get ready for a professional fight with only a few months to go and you're not juicing you're doing it wrong frankly.
Everyone serious about training juices, you're just at a huge disadvantage if you don't.
Its different to just going to the gym to keep fit, because that shit will fuck you up long term, but if you're looking to make serious gains, with a short time to do it, and you dont juice you're just handicapping yourself.
Even without roids as an absolute newby like Warski he should have been noticeably fitter. It doesn't take a newby 6 months to tone up, it's only later you plateau and it gets harder to see any improvement. Warski looked like shit, no different to before he started.

I'm sure this has been explained, but boxing experts can you explain to an outsider to a why the fight was stopped?
Andy clearly got wrecked but he got up fairly quick and seemed ready to go. I think I see blood in his mouth in a close up but it could be the fact I want there to be blood in tardski's mouth.
He went down really hard, you might even think you're fine after that but you're not. If he got wailed on again they would have been culpable. He agreed later that the stoppage was a good thing.

I don't think Ralph was particularly intimidated by warski but maybe by all the training he was doing and all the training he would have to do to be competitive. It's not like when you are 8 years old fucking around in the basement, when you are old and you are gassed you are gassed. + He would have to humiliate himself by taking off his shirt + trust Keemstar to come through with the money, which turned out to be peanuts in warskis case.

How is he fat? Dude is built like a ketchup bottle. How do you train for a fight for months and end up fat? Answer: He wasn't actually training
No back or shoulder muscles whatsoever on top of the body fat. He never stood a chance.

The funny part is that he kept posting on instagram for months about how huge his biceps are. But the muscles that truly matter when trowing a punch are the shoulder muscles.
