What I think happened is Andy rebounded his newbie "Knoxville gains", which probably added about five pounds of muscle; about what to expect after starting resistance training.6 months of intense weight training and bulking as a total beginner will yield impressive and obvious physical results. Warski’s physique is dogshit, he has no shoulders, no back, and no pecs. He was obviously not taking his training even 1/10th as seriously as he pretended to on the show.
To cut Andy slack, he had to gain like 20 pounds, and most of that weight was gained after agreeing to fight Papi. The only way to make that kind of weight in two months was to add fat and water retention.
The funny thing though is I am sure in Andy's mind he thought he could actually gain 10lbs of muscle a month. He tried to flaunt his physique only after he had gotten a pump in the gym, fueled by creatine and pre workout mix, which often contains ingredients to enhance pump.
But the problem is his arms shriveled during the Casino streams, he had no pectoral development -- at all. I was eager to see his legs because I was sure he didn't bother training those, and it looks to be the case from the fight.
I doubt even flexed and pumped, 25% body fat, that Andy's arms even reached 16 inches. His obsession with arms was stupid anyways, this wasn't a bodybuilding show, it was a fight. He should've worked his core with training rather than Coors.
