Edit: "Olmar" seems to be a nice enough chap....
....don't see why we should LET Chris kick and beat him up.
 
Chris is likely going to go to court and deliver a powerhouse movie style speech to the court room. Talking about "truth & honesty", "persecution" and "sensory overload". But instead of everyone standing up to clap and the DA hanging his head in shame, everyone will just look about in udder confusion and he'll be slapped with contempt of court.

I really can't wait to see what happens when the Boom series eventually gets cancelled. Chris will certainly think it was %100 his actions that did it. I wonder what figure of speech he'll butcher to describe his resounding success.

He'll probably be in prison by then. Probably. We'll just have to wait until tomorrow to find out Chris's fate.

Chris would be pretty pissed. Like, Chris says "boycott", but he doesn't actually understand what it actually implies. To normal people, a boycott means "do what we say or go out of business". To Chris, it just means "do what I say". Chris would be heartbroken if the Boom series got canceled.

That would be an argument for why not to admit it. "Propensity evidence," that is, evidence that someone is guilty of the crime they're accused of because they're just generally a bad person who is likely to commit that kind of crime, is impermissible.

However, his current chimping certainly would be admissible for some purposes. An obvious one is sentencing where the likelihood of him committing a similar offense in the future is part of what's considered. Similarly, it would show lack of remorse and failure to take responsibility for the offense.

It won't get in not because it's inadmissible but because nobody cares.
 
I've been wishing Chris would get a lenient sentence for what happened in December, but looks like he could do with some time(month/two) behind the bars so he wouldn't act out like that immediately afterwards. That is, of course expecting that Chris would be able to learn from his mistakes, which is.....*sigh*.

If I recall correctly, Virginia is a 3 Strikes State. Wouldn't that mean that if Chris gets another felony, he'll go down for keeps :\ ?.

He's gonna get it dropped to a misdemeanor and the punishment will just be bullshit where chris has to leave his house and talk to someone for 30 minutes once in awhile. It's gonna enrage the kiwis. He's gonna get probation, which only really serves to threaten adults with all they could lose, but to Christian it will be little more than a time out.

Chris' bitching right now is from a place of safety. Chris is a big man on facebook but a complete coward IRL.

What Chris will have learned from this whole thing is that pepper spray is a no-no. He'll still sperg around town, trespassing and doing dumb shit. Business as usual.

Nah, what he's facing right now is his first felony, and even then, it might get sentenced as a misdemeanor. (I'm not sure if that would keep it from counting as a felony or not.)

Olmar is the guy from Pikmin. I doubt Chris knows enough about the world to know Omar is an Arabic, or even a sterotypically black name.
