When you're 500lbs, nothing is "0 points". I mean I don't think even Amber can eat enough green beans to put on weight solely from that, but chicken definitely needs to be counted.

Is there some super bean I'm unaware of? Because I was pretty sure all beans were quite calorically dense.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills, because this list is ridiculous. A person could eat all of this shit and realistically claim they've eaten zero points that day? No wonder WW is a thriving business, their clientele must be a revolving door of undisciplined fatties who have no idea what they're doing.
And remember that AL will claim she needs to use up her points despite eating 3000kcal of "zero point foods"... *sigh*

Also, didn't she claim to have 80+ points last time she did weight watchers? Now she has 60something even though she's at a higher weight?

I may already be late on this but wtf. Who uses powder peanut butter on rice cakes instead of real peanut butter? Jesus fucking christ I can't with this bitch. Weight watchers again? Seriously? Because the past 5 times worked so fucking well eh? At this point I am just waiting for the video entitled " Tearing down the walls- removing a 700lb corpse."

Me too. Or a crying Becks vlog telling how our gorl died in her sleep and she couldn't wake her up.

Do you think Becky will cry? Something about her seems to...absent to get that worked up about it.

Most likely not but for the yewtubwe she gonna fake out some crocodile tears..

"Whaaa.. whaa did she have to dahh? She was healthy, just big!"

"I TRIED TO HELP HER WAHHH SHE DIDNT LISTEN TO ME"

I wonder how much pet hair she's ingesting with that food? :islamic: We've all seen the large amounts of cat hair floating through the air in most of her vids, and you can see Twinkie's fur all over her shirt.

She don't even care about the pet hair. I mean she rather eat her peanut butter and nanner rice cakes like a greedy ass all that hair being vaccuned into her maw

When WW adjusts their program, they adjust the points as well. Likely, she had more points because there were less 0 pt food options. I remember years ago doing WW and the only things that were 0 points were pretty exclusively vegetables. Fruit even had points. At this point, with so many 0 point foods, her 63 points will mostly be going toward higher fat/higher carb things that need to be kept in stricter moderation.

Saw this on the mustbepear twitter account, good catch. Day one of weight watchers deserves a reward of baskin robbins ice cream, clearly.

This does nothing for her binge problem, or her "I gotta have chocolate before bed". That mindset doesn't automatically go away just because she joined WW. Oh Becky is gonna have some fun with the binge monster this week, or until she quits WW. You know, like how she quits everything!

"I'm not a tea person at all", "I'm not a banana gorl". Yeah, this new plan is gonna last. lol

Not a tea person at all... as the Keurig K-Cups lurk in the background. I guess that's why they never were used. I didn't see the grockbot though

Wow that is quite a list. All types of fish and shell fish which can be high in fat and calories. Lots of fruits. Yogurt. Even bodybuilders count those things into their macros. Atleast protein bars aren't on that list.... AL has that jar filled with protein cakes and cookies. she'd probably eat them all in 10 minutes.

That is exactly the view she has when they sit there and eat in the parking lot after hitting up the drive-thru.
She's probably like, "I'm so glad this Jamoca fits into my points for the day. I ate ice cream when I lost 89 lbs. I'm so glad I'm not doing keto"

And no fucking sign of her crockpot, fitbit, water dispenser, mason jars, journals...

EDIT: Seriously. For fuck's sake. If Becky or Eric had an ounce of sense they'd slap her upside the head for buying that expensive gadget for ABSOLUTELY NO FUCKING REASON
