God you can practically see the timer counting down on those fingers. She'll let them actually start to rot before getting treatment for her beetus and need a few digits amputated. I wonder what her toes look like. Those HANDS, gorl!
No but she wasnt trying then, see? And she's not trying right now. But she'll be ready sometime and will totally start trying FOR REAL next Monday.Didn't she join Weight Watchers less than a year ago? We already know this won't last.
Also she's eating peanut butter and banana sandwiches? Didnt Elvis die eating those? I mean he died from a ton of drugs, but he wasnt a paragon of health even if he hadnt been taking them. Her weight just keeps creeping up. Girl, you don't need powdered peanut butter at your weight.
In this case it's whale watchingDocumenting your gains is a form of weight watching, right?
4k-5k calories a dayHow do you gain so much weight in so short a time? This is ridiculous. How much does she eat?
Is there some super bean I'm unaware of? Because I was pretty sure all beans were quite calorically dense.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills, because this list is ridiculous. A person would eat all of this shit and realistically claim they've eaten zero points that day? No wonder they are a thriving business, their clientele must be a revolving door of undisciplined fatties who have no idea what they're doing.
91 pounds to go, oh yeah!
4k-5k calories a day
Turkey breast, ground, 99% fat-free
The point, which is actually quite sound, is that in order to eat enough of any of this shit to be concern yourself with their calories, you'll be so full that you won't eat anything that's actually disastrous for your health. Eating 2400 of calories of plain chicken breasts or green beans is a miserable experience for most people that will leave you uninterested in eating anything else for the day.
I feel optimistic that if anyone can test the limits and logic of this program, it will be our gorl.
