Joining weight watchers. Yet, AGAIN! Still not doing anything out of her comfort zone in order to lose this weight. Just the same shit over and over again.

"I'm 508.6 pounds. Are you for real? Are you for real?"
You binged like crazy, of course you gained a shit ton of weight. :story:

So "Apathetic" is her new big word that she's using, obviously. She must have read it somewhere, Goggled it ('Cause I'm positive she didn't know what it meant) and is now gonna use it constantly. Watch.

Wait, why is she alloted 68 points on WW, when months ago when she weighed less, it gave her something like 85 points? (Could be wrong about that exact number). Once again, something isn't adding up.

"So me and my friend are reading this together, me and my friend joined weight watchers together." You have no friends. You can always tell when someone has no friends because they talk about having friends all the time. lol

"Breakfastes" :dumb:

Couldn't hear what Eric was talking about, most likely his diet plan, but I love her cunty response, an apathetic "Whatever works for you..."

"I'm not a tea person at all", "I'm not a banana gorl". Yeah, this new plan is gonna last. lol

Not even gonna comment on the ending with the cloud and how if it started rotating a tornado would happen. She's just a gigantic moron, point blank.

I am living proof that counting calories works. :powerlevel: but I've lost nearly 100lbs by counting calories alone (plus some exercise). Weight watchers won't help when she will run into the same problems as before: outright lying about her lifestyle and how much she eats.

What the fuck am I doing? I need to start a weight loss cooking channel stat. BRB.

Didn't she join Weight Watchers less than a year ago? We already know this won't last.
No but she wasnt trying then, see? And she's not trying right now. But she'll be ready sometime and will totally start trying FOR REAL next Monday.

Wasnt there an article that studied and basically said the people who talk about how they're going to start all this stuff, never do because all they want is ass pats and gratification and talking about all these plans youre going to go on gives your brain the same sort of instant gratification reward without actually even starting it because youre talking about it and people are supporting you. Aside from the whole obvious "people who start tomorrow never end up starting" thing.

Her weight just keeps creeping up. Girl, you don't need powdered peanut butter at your weight.
Also she's eating peanut butter and banana sandwiches? Didnt Elvis die eating those? I mean he died from a ton of drugs, but he wasnt a paragon of health even if he hadnt been taking them.

Oh no but she's eating them on a rice cake. Totally different. This has got to be one of her worst "meals" because can you imagine banana on a rice cake? Let alone banana and peanut butter on a rice cake?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills, because this list is ridiculous. A person could eat all of this shit and realistically claim they've eaten zero points that day? No wonder WW is a thriving business, their clientele must be a revolving door of undisciplined fatties who have no idea what they're doing.

Honestly, all she really needs to do to shed weight at this point is eat 2,000 calories a day and that's it. Water would help flush out burned fat and whatever disgusting sodium packed foods she puts into her gullet. Granted I don't know her exact age or height but someone at her weight would have to consume a little under 4,000 calories a day to just maintain her weight, let alone add to it.

I think Weight Watchers is just another way of counting calories. Just instead they round the calories into so many points. I'm not sure if chicken, beans and eggs being free foods is a good idea because alot of obese might run with that. Or maybe WW thought "how much eggs and beans can one person eat?" Plus last time AL said they gave her like 80 points and she was having trouble eating that much (like eating 2,000 calories but having some hundred calories leftover)

Not that it matters with AL because she's done WW atleast a couple of times. She probably didn't even start. She has the last hoorah and it's all down hill again from there.

The point, which is actually quite sound, is that in order to eat enough of any of this shit to be concern yourself with their calories, you'll be so full that you won't eat anything that's actually disastrous for your health. Eating 2400 of calories of plain chicken breasts or green beans is a miserable experience for most people that will leave you uninterested in eating anything else for the day.

jesus i thought she would be 520 my next year, simply cause of her diet fails, and gaining and losing the same 5lbs, but she's gaining at record speed. congrats.

8 pounds in 3 days. that's what your fat ass gets for waiting until monday

I feel optimistic that if anyone can test the limits and logic of this program, it will be our gorl.

For sure, she's the exception to the rule. When most people would be physically stuffed and mentally satiated with food, she'll just want more. Not that she's going to stick with the "no point" foods, but I she could definitely eat enough of them gain weight anyway.
