There's higher-resolution footage of the one camera from down the street which provides a lot more clarity on the zoom, which when slowed down does show his feet drift along the pavement very slightly. It looks like he moves his left hand to the hood of the car and pivots himself away from it, but that for at least a few frames' worth of time, his motion is not his own. Seems like almost certainly enough to fall under qualified immunity, which is probably the legal side of things settled. I don't even think they really need the PTSD angle they're now throwing in, but I guess why not; to some extent it does still hinge on the appointment of a lawyer who isn't a member of the bimbo squad, though.
On the political side of things, though, this is kindof exactly what the people organizing these things wanted. Realistically, setting up these barricades and having protesters harass ICE during raids isn't going to stop ICE from doing them, and every time a retard shoots at ICE it backfires on them (like when the guy killed detained migrants before killing himself). By contrast, when ICE shoots someone (or maces cops, or shoves senior citizens to the ground, or sprays pepper into a moving car with a child in it), it doesn't look good for ICE.
Yes, this woman will be made into a martyr, because that was always the point. Although I don't think she knew that, really, nor did anyone else on the ground there.
