So the reasons the are this bitchy about releasing prisoners is that some of them are in bad shape and are sending them to their houses via patrol cars, this after a senator warned them that they are watching and want the releases more faster, only 1 tweet and suddenly patrol cars appeared out of nowhere to send the prisoners

Meanwhile and in front of the cuban chancellor, Delcy is basically capitulating saying shit that "they are not going to answer with hate but with the bolivarian diplomacy" and fellating the USA every chance she gets, there is barely any applauses heard

It's not an "anonymous person," just a Twitter user posting pictures (post / archive) after soliciting messages from people. The pictures are obviously from before sending it, and the stamp is dated today (from a postage meter), so it's unclear whether it has been sent at all.

Where did you get this information? I can see that it's been postmarked, but there's no return address.

I worry that, due to Bureau Prison rules, it will be thrown away before delivery.

They won't even tell the prisoner if they received a letter that doesn't have a return address or a full legal name on the return address.

Edit to add: it looks like a prison employee snapped photos before tossing it.
