Other than the new documents discussed in the foreclosure thread, nothing new has been filed today, and I don't think that value shows up anywhere except for the Foreclosure Worksheet, which is just a rote calculation of the difference in equity between the purchase price and appraisal price. I don't think the documents say anywhere that MidFirst has filed a judgement asking for it yet. That's kind of the whole crux point, we're largely in the dark about whether or not MidFirst demanding this would be worth their time.
