I wonder what his exit strategy will be when we get to the date the surgery is supposed to happen. I don't think he's delusional enough to think he's going to have that surgery, so I think he's probably building up towards something big.

This title is horribly misleading. Phil only lied about getting police to defend him as he gets surgery (because they would help a known fan of cop-killers who is only under threat of himself), not lying about getting the surgery in this.

Besides we all know he'll lie about how we stopped it somehow, in spite of our operatives actually opening the way for him. Who was bribing those doctors with shekels to pass Phil off as needing the surgery? It wasn't the Freemasons that's for sure.
