I have seen every single form of depravity in the trans community, but this one's the worst, and I think it's more prevalent than any of them let on. (This excludes pedophilia, by the way. Troons just dogwhistle about Ageplay and they disguise their auto/pedophilia in fetish vernacular.) I made a post earlier in the thread about the troon who sits around collecting rent money while jacking off to pictures of Maid Marian being beheaded. I've seen troons say things like

Paraphilias don't tend to come alone, especially the more extreme ones and doubly so in people whose paraphilic interests form their primary sexual interest.
Statistically, having any identifiable paraphilia correlates positively with having any other paraphilia. The size of these correlations seems to be a function of the similarity and associational relatedness between paraphilias, while the extent to which one predicts another is also a function of how 'extreme' the first paraphilia is. I think, and there exists some brain-scan evidence to support this, that there's a shared set of underlying neurological causes that drive the development of abnormal sexual attractions. A lot of what we do observe is plainly autism-linked as well, autism seems to be associated with relevant brain differences and autism is strongly associated with higher rates of paraphilic behaviors & desires. Relevant neurological differences associated with abnormal sexual behavior can obviously occur independently of autism and could be related to other developmental or neurological problems. There may be multiple mechanisms as well, for example, higher sex drive is associated with more paraphilias by itself, but degenerates don't have an abnormally high sex drive and instead simply have odd patterns of sexual interest. Funnily enough, self-declared "asexuality" is predictive of being a sexual degenerate.
I also think that the guro and ripping people apart shit is quite specifically autism related in a way that, say pedophilia or gynandromorphophilia (tranny fetish), is not. There are two inter-related reasons for this, firstly, autistic boys often have a peculiar fascination with pulling things apart. This is often compulsive and apparently found to be intrinsically enjoyable. Secondly, it seems that many autism often leads to a reduction in the mental distinction drawn between objects and people. This is the attribution of mental or emotional states to objects, e.g. feeling bad for a chair because no one is sitting on it.
My feeling is that the second phenomenon is generally related to fetishism in autism, but that in combination with the first, and in the presence of a tendency to form abnormal sexual interests produces the disturbingly common interest in seeing people cut up or w/e.

This is pretty much the exact opposite of what you should do; if the kid wasn't seriously upset or fixated on the fact that he wasn't a girl then you just leave it. The only possible intervention you make is to help the kid understand why he's being bullied (if he gets bullied), so that he can simultaneously do shit he enjoys while also being near enough to normative in his behavior.

Maybe it's an American thing, but in my daily interactions in shops, restaurants, work, going to the gym...any activity I can think of, I never get called sir or anything else because it's not necessary.

I think it can go either way. Fact of the matter is, things aren't progressing very fast. I'm of the opinion it's all pornsickness. By that I mean that if a paraphilia does it for you, you will need something worse eventually, so even if the fantasy just came to you in a dream and not literal porn, you still need to develop self-restraint and realize it is just an intrusive thought that is not your identity. Letting yourself get into that cycle can easily make you a slave to it. It's one reason why the Bible is so adamant against sexual perversions; it will lock you into a spiral if you let it and really mess with how you perceive other people. It affects your sense of self, your ability to raise a family, your ability to engage with people as individuals and not fetish objects, your health, your self-esteem, your self-control. We have plenty of studies that prove this now, but they're dismissed as kinkshaming.
Fetish stuff like vore, rape, and bestiality are just as common in online fanfic communities that are primarily women, and it affects them too, but it is probably more of a compulsion for men who already have higher sex drives. I think the problem is that self-control is not as much of a widely sought-after virtue nowadays, which means people think their thoughts control them completely and don't have a way of dealing with it, or understanding that obsessive thoughts are something that grow stronger the more you give into them. There are a million therapeutic ways to just ... disengage from it, even if it's difficult, but people are either so spooked by themselves that they run to something equally bad or feel like they have free rein to go for it because of Kink at Pride.

I've posted before about my troon coworker in my child psychology clinic. Tall, anorexic, ugly, ginger with all the surgeries completed. X is extremely awkward in every possible way - comes into the room without knocking, sits in the room and just ... lingers ... texts during sessions, doesn't know how to talk to children, makes inappropriate comments (e.g. swearing, using adult language), mumbles and is extremely difficult to understand, complains about working (despite it being a voluntary internship that he does NOT have any obligation to attend and as actually quite a good opportunity you can't find much where we live, etc. The more I spend time with him, the more I can't stand him.
He did a presentation on working with transgender children in psychology. This is a small rural Australian town, but we still get plenty of children and adolescents who want to be transgender. Our most common presentation is autism as well. I'll see if I can upload photos tonight, but the presentation literally started with a cover page of a anime character. This was a presentation to clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, speech therapists, etc - genuine professionals. The second page was a list of words to define - cis, ftm, trans, genderqueer, etc. This presentation took 1.5 hours and he only got halfway through. He basically explained that the only way to help is to push for immediate transition - puberty blockers and hormones. Plus, the internet is the best place to refer these children for advice.
My main concern is the smell. I am extremely sensitive to bad smells, and working with children, there are a lot. He has told me that he cannot smell anything (he has had extensive plastic surgery, and his nose is just a slit on his face). I have a pregnant coworker who has terrible morning sickness. Sometimes I use the bathroom after her and it reeks like vomit - sour and acidic smell. It's the same smell from X. I can kind of smell it just around him, but if I use the bathroom after him (he shows up at 8:59 for a 9:00 client and says "is there time to use the toilet"), it's the same general smell. He HAS had the neovagina surgery. What the fuck is making the smell???

Real vaginas are awesome and pretty much clean themselves. Smells are normal but usually subtle, unless something is wrong.
Neovaginas... don't do that. It's basically a wound, which I'd imagine takes a lot of effort to clean to get rid of bacteria. Also bacteria fucking stinks in concentrated amounts. PL, but I had tonsil stones as a kid and while mine didn't stink, they make some people's breath smell horrific. And that's just tiny little chunks of bacteria from food and such.
