It's a case of trannies being upset because everyone refers to them as a transwomen (or men) and actual real women as just women. If they both have a suffix in their addled coomer minds it makes them equivalent 'types' of women not realising that the reason they're called transwomen to begin with is because they're not real women.
It's part of the push towards troons being simply called women, because "trans women are women" and actual women being called "cis women" which calls them out as being privileged and every other awful thing troons hate them for.

I was born -- somewhere between the mid eighties and early nineties. If you were a teenager back then, and you started thinking you might be a bit of a gay, it was pretty terrifying. Getting found out would have meant relentless bullying, abuse from your parents, and god help you if you went to a conservative private school. Your life would have been hellatious until you managed to get independence and fuck off. When I wished that shit would get better, this isn't what I was wishing for.

I see this and I wonder how the fuck society is going to reframe these kind of people in history and society? Kids who are trooned out and end up a tragedy like that thread? and a lot of kids who were put on cocktails psychiatric drugs, misdiagnosed with 10 mental illnesses and stuffed in special education even if they have a normal brain at birth because their parents are too lazy to take care of them, and want a quick fix that would transform them into quiet, obedient zombies.
What will we do when those things are eventually outed as bunk. The lobotomy of 21st century. But the damage is done
We'll be in an age where a lot of people who were walking on the street were medical experiments when they were young? Would anyone see it? Would the society think they're broken and unsalvageable? I want to believe that future people will come to see this stuff as comparable to barbaric practices like lobotomies, but that's a shift in culture I don't see coming. Instead I think people are going to double down on this stuff.
Ie, they aren't miserable because we forced life changing procedures and treatments on them for non-medical reasons, its internalized transphobia.
