Phil just explained that he doesn't know what he needs to raise on Friday yet, that will depend on how much he makes.
One astute chatter asks how Phil doesn't know how much his mortgage is. Phil proceeded to call said chatter stupid no less than 5 times, while saying that of course he knows what his mortgage is, he just doesn't know how much he needs to raise.

Is there a particular reason you can't state how much that mortgage is, Philip? Calling this person stupid repeatedly didn't distract from the fact that you specifically avoided answering their question.

He also again stressed that Twitch is not going to pay him. The legal department apparently 'will not talk' to Phil. Keep in mind, he has no idea if this is true or not, but has gradually started to state it as a fact based on no new information.

He knew he was always getting BTTV. His plan was to stall until he could switch it on for his Friday begging fiesta. He can't give anyone anything for free. It was also crucial to the begging narrative of 'I might go to YT' that he needed for the front end of the month until he could start using his usual 'beg for the 15th' strategy.
He also mentioned this morning that he expects people to 'come back' for the marathon who haven't been around for a while, so he's pulling out all the stops to throw out some whale bait.

EDIT: Phil shitting on people for caring about Elon Musk being on SNL. He guesses that when the richest man in the world dresses like Wario on a comedy show, people care.
But people are supposed to be enthused when a bottom-tier Twitch thot dresses as Yoshi for Halloween? Or throws on a platinum vest?
The pig is jealous that Elon Musk beats him at his own gimmicks.

He mentioned it a few times in his cinco de mayo stream which was the last one I watched.
From Dspgaming, talking about how it's unclear if Twitch will pay him but they have to legally. Starts at around 13.40.

From RawDSP on 5thMay. Appealing to audience for more money to make up for Twitch probably not going to pay him for no justifiable reason. Starts at around 34.45.

Also, Phil, the mature adult with a business degree, still doesn't know how much his mortgage is. Or more accurately, he does, but he doesn't want to reveal it in order to glean more money from his 1gullible audience who don't ask questions.
 
So much of Dark's life is spent desperately hiding all the money he pisses away, and I bet it never once crossed his mind to start budgeting and cool it on the degenerate mobile games. He could save himself so much mental anguish if he let that shit go.

If you want a clear one, he said it very flatly this morning. He heavily implied that he contacted legal and either got no response, or was told they wouldn't speak to him, and stated that meant that they were not going to pay him. I'm unable to clip at the moment, but if anyone wants to snag it, it was right near the start of the prestream.

It happened both times I subjected myself to Dave's prestream while watching on DDM last week. I found those prestreams on Dave's channels and found where he said it.
Here's the first one from May 2nd
Timestamp 30:54 in case it doesn't work. Best sentence: "They better pay me what they owe me", also as a bonus he says that the termination of the partnership program was unfair, bad, gave no information, claims it was because they just terminated him for no reason at all!

The following one is really juicy and is quite a long rant, talks about the partnership support guys first not responding at all, then when they responded they referred him to the legal team. He says that since they didn't respond to his first log it's obvious that it's because they don't wanna reveal the reason they departnered him. He says he sent an email to the legal department, basically threatening them that they have to LEGALLY pay him because he looked into it and every time a company tried to withhold funds like that they ended up getting sued and losing. Says the word "legally" about 100 times in the span of 5 minutes. Says that their terms of service doesn't mean shit and legally they have to pay him. He says that he doesn't have the money to sue and if he did it's not worth it, but he says that due to the way they told him to ask the legal department about it, he said that they are gonna be difficult about it and they will probably not gonna pay him. Then he ends off the rant with an extended begment.

Considering how much Twitch absolutely does not give a fuck and has zero protections for people who aren't partnered it's insane that he is willing to say this stuff on stream, if he truly wants to stay on the platform.
 
At the end of yesterday's stream, the game told him to head for the house with the red chimney.

He spent the first 30 minutes of this stream trying to backtrack all the way to the beginning to "see what's new".
Then he's scouring every area on the map to try and find the crank for the wells (which don't even use the crank).
Now that he's found the correct item for the wells, he's planning on visiting every well in the village because he doesn't want to continue with plot advancement yet.

This is just painful.
 
Bezos has personally apologised to Phil saying he loves his content, but he can't keep him partnered because of stupid fucking troll idiots with no life.

Also, I'm late but Kate has got a gift. She cried. Maybe, just maybe she felt the first emotion in years.
