Phil very obviously avoided saying the amount. This person apparently tried to tip the other day and was unverified, so Phil had to refund it at the time. Does anyone recall how much this guy originally tried to tip?

I suspect Phil just hid upwards of $100. It's one thing to not put it on the leaderboard, but it's legitimately a scam not to say the amount when you just said that you are trying to raise 'a certain amount' to pay bills by next Friday. If you're trying to raise that certain amount, then you can be transparent. Unless you're deliberately moving goalposts and don't want to be seen doing it, but that's become standard procedure for Phil.
