There are currently 400,000 kids in the foster care system waiting for adoption. We literally have too many kids, if anything; so many we can't even find parents for all of them.

Also, population growth has only continued to accelerate since ~the 1960's when women's lib made it culturally acceptable to not have kids, so women choosing to do so hasn't had any appreciable impact on population.

Additionally, humans can have a shit ton of kids; women have about a 30 or so year window of fertility and could pop out ~1.3 kids/year if they wanted, assuming they remained perpetually preggers. One quiverfull fundie family having 12 children offsets multiple other women choosing to remain childless, as far as population maintenance goes.
