As much as I don't like some of the effects, 'don't be a person who creates drama around us' is by now an unspoken rule for most online groups.

Unfortunately, as is often the way with these things, it's usually one of the funnier ones to go first.



With that said, holy fuck is he huge in every aspect. I guess I never considered that because I was used to the sprites where everyone is at least a normal looking bishoujo in terms of appearance.

The story was pretty fresh off the hot iron skillet. I also would be hesitant to call him out on this because there's a possibility this person is lying (circa ProJared controversy) and just jumping on the metoo wagon for followers and attention. As much as I want people within this community to go full lolcow, long-term branding on allegations that are not true is not something I want for anyone.

Castrum Meridianum and Praetorium both have unskippable auto-playing cutscenes because lol Main Scenario roulette. And I do believe the design promise was more along the lines of "no story-heavy dungeons" from then on.

Except now you just have fights that have unskippable, cinematic cutscenes between phases.

I wonder if anyone still remembers the old days when those cutscenes were skippable.

Runescape is still pretty huge in [current year] and still gets its fair share of controversies though. Maybe nothing like dudes going to jail over scamming lately, but there's still some really dumb drama that happens last I checked.
