I don’t know if the banner has been updated recently but it seems like she hasn’t tweeted since a couple of days there. I also must admit that I also haven’t watched any episode since the Keemstar drama since the podcast is an absolute snorefest but Hila changing her haircolor so drastic could also be a factor.
I’ve met my fair share of women in my life who also changed their hairstyle/color in a drastic manner whenever they want to do something drastic in their private life, mostly leaving their men.

She looks like the Israeli version of a Karen. Since Israelis are already all hyper aggressive, extremely pushy, and militantly demanding, I don't know just how bad she'll be.
It's a shame, too. Her regular appearance, though certainly plain, has a certain charm. She definitely looks worse now. An adult woman who radically colours their hair on a whim should be avoided on principle for fear of being a dangerhair. Maybe it's because of Ethan doing the podcast with Trisha (I don't watch, so idk if Hila is a major participant)? Maybe he thinks he can get away with it because of his sad and floppy appearance, but associating with a sloot like Trisha as a regular thing probably doesn't make the mother of his child feel amazing.

Hila is a "major" participant in the sense that she just goes along with whatever Ethan wants her to say or agree to, but the tisha/Belle delphine obsession mentioned above brings up another possibility:
What if Ethan is trying to make her look like that because of said obsessions? At the same time when he shaved his head he was doing it for a podcast thing, but Hila didn't change that much
